great work!! Actually I want to start rebuilding mine, but only in my dreams it wil be close to your. any way it will be on my mind. Thanks for sharing.
@dieffe123 seriously hope you see this comment - I've got the bike! Previous owner let it sit outside for a while so fuel tank has become incredibly rusty and the frame has lost its mirror finish but I'm slowly restoring it to its former glory. its in safe hands!
First bike n best bike ever was my 1990 FZR1000. .. low, comfortable, fast as shit n nimble. .. . I’ve had zx9, yzfr1 , but FZR was only one never made me shit myself. .🤪😜😅😂
Dude amazing work! The video shows a 4 to 1 exhaust system without EXUP? If yes, can you tell us how to do the transformation (gas handle, carbs, etc) and, the behavior of the engine after the modification?
Removing the exup valve will lose bottom end power but fitting a full system will gain midrange and top end but I'm afraid you can't have it all ways. You need to keep the exup motor though as it needs to be still wired into the loom, just remove the cables. I did jet it up but can't remeber exactly what I did, it was a while ago.
@dieffe123 very proud to tell you i now own this bike. Owner before me let it sit for a while so im in the process of cleaning the carbs and fuel tank, which unfortunately had become horribly rusted. Still looks mint but could do with a bit of polish!
+Jonathan Pfeiffer Hi, it's R1 forks with some custom yokes I had made and an XJR1300 front wheel. I had to make a spacer for where the speedometer drive went.
I was thinking of doing a triumph speed triple front end but I don't know if it would fit 87 had a weird size. Did you do research to see what other sets of forks would work?
No research, I had a set of R1 forks so I just made them fit. I used a very tick top yoke with the top of the forks way down to keep the length as near as possible to standard. That is why there are covers over the top of the forks.
Great work there, nice to see a build done well. I'm currently restoring an 87 fzr1000 to stock. I feel your passion. Respect
Beautiful bike... nicely and tastefully done.... pity about the music...
Vid was a pleasure to watch mate bike looks lovely ... I have a 90 EXUP myself. Standard though lol
Thank you for that, it's nice to be appreciated. :) There is an Exup forum worth looking at, Google exup1000 and it should come up.
great work!!
Looks well. Nice job.
Thanks

Руль- палка, прямо мечта самоубийцы. Ты просто убил весь потенциал двигателя плохим конструктивом, чувак.
very nice!
Thank you
Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Super Bike very nice TOP
Thank you
This must have moved the CG quite a bit,How does the bike ride?
Hi, it actually rode very well, both front and rear were the same on the scales, whether that is an indication of the centre of gravity I am not sure.
@@dieffe123 Thank you. the riding position is definitely less radical.
I have an 87 first year California model fzr 1000 what front end is that?

How much to do that to my Bike
Hi Harold, this is something I did several years ago in my spare time, so sorry, I can't do another.
Wie heißt der Interpret im Video...
Where did you get the gauge console
The gauge was an Acewell unit I picked up off the internet, I can't remember where.
👍
