00:00 Intro
01:54 Using Practice Mode
10:11 Example of K-Wiss Labbing - เกม
The thing that’s annoying about labbing is trying to find the move you’re trying to lab. You can only record it if you know the input or name of the move. If you don’t know what the move is, you have to literally pick the character yourself, go into the move list and find it, then go back and pick your character to practice against the move. They need to show the animation of the move when you pick it for the dummy so that you know you’re picking the right move. That’s why it’s hard to lab. Who wants to keep switching characters to lab moves. Too much damn time to do that.
This has been my mentality every day. Labbing is almost more fun than actually playing actual people
stop the cap! It's very important though, so I got to start doing it.
I skipped lab, went straight to ranked.
@@jamesbrown4364i have always preferred practice to actual versus and ranked. But that doesn't mean I don't love ranked or playing CPU. People have preferences. There's No "Cap" about it.
@@Dallas4090how did that go
@@ghosty8118 Did the same thing myself. Red ranks things start getting difficult and had to start labbing.
Instructions unclear, i quit my job and became a fisherman
Uh oh
Oh, so you’re a Kuma main? Got it
Pretty much after every single match I lose, I go and look at the replay lol. I'm running into so many characters for the first time so there's just so much to learn.
I've been labbing Lee for the past 3 days. Finding new combo routes and setups is very satisfying.
Same, he easily has the cleanest looking combos in the game
MARVELLOUS MAINS UNITE
Been labbing lee since t7 and still cant time mid air b2f.
@@duuliciousstry and do it slow and gradually pick up pace. It helps to hum in your head.
Lee is one of those characters that is difficult to use but will reward your hardwork when you get the hang of him. Tekken 8 made him such a unique character though! He's never been better! Been maining him since tekken 4 and just seeing how much he became his own character over the years rather than a Law clone is amazing! Good luck to all our MARVELLOUS mains! Leshkoo
A video about analyzing your own gameplay and utilizing the new replay resources would be pretty cool
Okay, that makes a lot of sense, I can see myself using this for a lot of paul jack and Victor players I struggle with to find the openings. Thank you for posting these! I'm looking forward to what else you have in store.
Great. From the questions I’ve seen from others in various lives, this is a much needed video.
Teach a man to fish he gets to Tekken God Prime 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The relief in your voice once you found out you can SS kuma attack 😂
I've been a Hwoarang main since 3 and with your videos and labbing, I have gained so much confidence online🎉
Thanks for the help! I was so confused with the layout
lmao the emotional rollercoaster killed me
I haven’t labbed yet and Raven is my main. I’m just used to his moves and style from the past Tekkens that it’s just natural. I’m pretty good online, but if I do take the time to get in the lab, I think I could be even better. I’m going to give that a go.
thanks for making this im new and it helps out a lot
That thumbnail's amazing. I'll bet most of the women would never skip class if Professor Blood Talon was teaching.
Why did I just now realize that Hwoarang custom is supposed to be that crazy dude from Jujutsu Kaisen who's voiced by Takehito Koyasu?
I'll admit that despite how long I played Tekken 7, I still don't know what a "clean" hit supposed to be or what difference one makes.
19:00 - 19:06 I love how it when from "THERE IS NO HOPE!", to "Oh, wait, false alarm." in half a second.🤣
When I get this game, the hard for me is going to be what I start practicing first. I don't remember what I started with in T7 and this will be my first time in years learning a new game/character.
That’s the homie Toji from Jjk but great peep you did for sure 😂❗️
Just gonna hit the like button because of the miniature
Ive been doing the combo trials for 20 minutes as a warm up
I have not hit the lab ina long time due to having a pretty solid red rank, but I’m a Mighty ruler now and I’m required to hit the lab due to me plateauing so I need better movement, neutral and a few other things to learn with my character
I haven't explored much but can we fight our own ghost? If we can that would be helpful in figuring out your own weaknesses
Lab while searching for matches is the best addition in this game.
Love your channel bro!!!
I appreciate that!
Bro almost had a heartattack over Kuma haha
I can relate though, that seemed scary for a minute.
Very usefull thank you making this video
You're welcome :')
good stuff right here
I've only played some quick matches. I'm playing the other modes and getting good with my main before i even touch ranked. Which I don't plan on doing for awhile anyway.
I felt the same for while until I went into ranked. I won some and lost some but still learned a lot. Especially watching the replays. I think ranked is valuable training
I didn't think about labbing reactions to my moves. Definitely will be doing that his week. Can't begin to know what to do if I don't know the properties of my moves.
I think the problem for me is having to learn other characters. Hworang and Yoshi are my two characters, due to learning complex characters being more rewarding for me. But, since I have to dedicate so much time and memory to just their arsenal I feel I'll never have time to then learn the full roster. Tekken 8 is where I feel I really want to up my game, so I'm going to just have to put in the hours I suppose.
Yeah it seems like it too. I feel like it’s just normal in fighting games to put in a ton of time learning your main and its moveset, then it’s moving on to how safe or punishable certain moves are. Maybe learning vs matchups is what comes last? Idk I’m a beginner and it looks like this is how it goes from seeing videos lol.
Im in that lab mixing all day lol
I hit the lab and watch you at the same time I'm becoming somethin different
@19:34 K said oh thank God 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought it was a wrap
@@K-Wiss keep up the great work bro i support you every tournament you play in i gotta get more active on twitch and support you guys im 47yrs old been playing tekken all my life even got the same tat on my arm that Jin has yall new generation i love to see it keep on tekken bro 😁💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 oh yeah how you say it what they know about Lab bro lmao
can anyone give me advice how to do FF 3+4 into RFF F3 > LFS f3 (or other combo finisher). Even with the binds of 3+4 and keeping F preesed I can't time it.
2:34 I'm that devil jin🗿
most times I am too lazy to work out the optimal damaging combos so I let great players such as yourself to show us
Thanks
No, thank you!
Tekken 8 is diff 🔥
Great video ❤
Thank you :)
Yo anyone here experienced this new thing in t8 with hwo? If you're in right foot forward stance and wanna dash up f3 into left flamingo, I can't seem to cancel the dash input with back then into f3. It comes out as ff3 every time. It didn't use to be this way, I believe they buffer it and somehow even a back input doesn't suffice.
Anybody here knows how to bypass this?
I'm a kaz main and got acquainted with the demo, I went on a 16 win streak in ranked asap before a wild yoshi put me back down to earth... I'm now 23:4
thought this was a tutorial on how to hit the dab like wiz khalifa
WHAT YOU KNO BOUT THAT AIRGEAR TRACK 🤣🤣
How do you effectively practice throw breaking in practice mode?
Set throw plus a few strings for CPU and try to defend.
He showed how to set attacks for CPU in different intervals.
Lol hwoarang looks like a scout in tf2 hahhahahaha hes doing the scout pose in meet the scout lol
Can you make Tekken 8 beginners guide for Hwoarang?
👀
Привет, очень нравится твой геймплей. Я очень хочу научиться играть за Хваранга!👍
Man really customized Hwo for the thumbnail.
Like.
These are the lengths I go to
Please drop howrang guied!!
We gonna ignore that he declined a dude at the beginning?😂😂
??
I need lab because im playing kazuya.. yup.. Mishimas tell me to lab everyone 😂
But let's say you really dont know the moveset of your enemy. Do I really have to browse on their moveset or is there a better way to find a certain move?
If you don’t know the input to record it yourself you can go to the replay of where you saw your opponent do that move and check their input
@@K-Wiss oh yeah thanks!
So we have to do this with our main, against all 32 characters just to learn how to punish everyone ????
I guess that’s the end goal for Tekken players who want to be ranked at the top. Then again, we also have to not forget that it would be a very long process. I think it even takes a few years for some players to get to that point, especially more as a beginner.
Im labbing bryan and draganov
Sorry i dont play online, what is "the lab" ? Thanks :)
Practice mode
@@OctopusH2O oh ok thanks :)
Bruh is that a Toji skin
Hwoarang is my Special
jack 8 is a non charged high that you cant parry either
its b1
i will be one of the greatest reina’s ever
Idk if it’s just me but majority of the players are so spammy. They don’t respect frames and when they whiff, they use heat😭😭
That will be very common in the earlier ranks unfortunately, the best little tip I can give is learn good easy frame traps to shut down the mashing and force them to respect you. If they don't respect you, keep frame trapping
@@K-Wiss Definitely!
A need a guide on beating Xaiyou, I'm getting worked by this character
When I find out, I'll let you know lmaooo
I find it extremely draining to lab by yourself like idk how people do it for example aris got the game and then labbed drag for like 5.5 hours straight but it makes it a lot more enjoyable if you are in a call with friends or something since it is fun to learn more about the character you play.
That is why Pakistanis and Koreans are good at the game. Friends playing against each other
@@muhtadaali8847 yeah unfortunate the fighting game scene isn't as big in the west
@sonysdad4709 no idea about that, but the lifestyle of West does not allow someone much free time. And if I am free, my friend is on a job. So you are stuck on your own.
I think being a part of a community really does help. Being able to share knowledge among a group has helped me tremendously throughout my career
@@K-Wiss it’s so true I don’t really play a lot of fighting games anymore(since mk9) but my friends are getting into 8 and I got it too so it’s quite a lot to learn
uninstalled after three days, i tried yall. keep pushing for me
KWISS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TELL ME HOW DO I BEAT HWOARANG, EVERY TIME I PLAY AGAINST ONE I SIMPLY STOP PLAYING THE GAME AND I JUST DIE
So you labbed 1 move for 15 minutes - good job. Now its 1k moves left to do...
Did you....watch the video?
sure i did and now i know ho to deal with that one move from bears. It took 15 minutes to figure it out and now its 1k moves left from all other characters to lab. Sure labbing 1k moves from all characters just a joke but it not funny if you need to explain it.@@K-Wiss
k wiss: *isnt able to parry and unblockable attack*
man this game sucks :(
The attack is not unblockable
@@K-Wiss wait rlly? mb XD
Nice Toji
