Today I'll be reviewing the EJEAS FBIM referee communications kit. I was luckily enough to be sent this product for free to be reviewed and what an interesting review. Also, I welcome Anthony Browne to the channel and we go through a challenge which includes a forfeit. I hope you enjoy this video.

Brilliant that you didn't give up on the product.
I use EJEAS ones here in the US as well for college (university) games and I've never had issues. Another thing based on what Anthony was saying about the headset, I know for mine at least, I have another earpiece than the one that came with that I plug in and use, so that should be possible too if you have a specific mic/earpiece you prefer over the default one that comes with!

That's the ones I've got.. had no issues with mine.. just think comms in general is a game changer. The problem is, referees are misguided as they think you can't use these below NLS but, there is nowhere, where it states you can't use comms.. just frowned upon
They’re so good and clear. I really enjoyed testing them. I just got told that exact thing. I don’t want to upset anyone so would definitely have to do some research into this before using them
@RefsWorld i spent many hours when working nights about 2 years ago trying to find this information.. and yet the people who are telling me, can't back it up either.. just get the same old response "i think i saw it written down somewhere" not even on the FA guidelines/guidance
Which one of the headsets do you recommend? I saw there site but they hade very many different. For me its important with good reach and good sound while not being to expensive.

Any chance can be used in motorsport ? Like drifting ?
I think there’s some other designs for that
So you have proved you can communicate at a long distance, while the wind had an impact on your video device, there is no comment on whether the wind impacted your mic on the receiver, or whether you tested the comms while running.
I used this product with football assistant from the Premier League in a match! I can confirm the product was perfect when running and against the wind there were no problems

Can you use Comms at grassroots level? I can find anything online about it
I emailed IFAB and they said you can but I should get permission from my county
Makes sense. I presume the more important the game is the more likely they will allow you.

Nope. You can constantly hear one another
is there only two mics when theres normally 3 referees?
After this they sent me another 2, so my other assistant could use one and 4th official if I had one
