"100%, but following the glitchless ruleset on the main boards. This means no lzs, no oob, and no skipping story trigger updates, among others. All the optional bosses must be defeated as well (Buzzar, Kent C Koopa, and both Anti Guy fights)"
as per the turbo controller conversation, a turbo controller is literally using a tool to assist you, instantly disqualifying the runner for a legit run, but lets them TAS technically.
All things considered, you should really work on your goomba village movement. I think this may be your weakest split; there’s a lot of un-optimized movement
I am thoroughly convinced that something fishy is going on here ... See, I was on TH-cam JUST the other day searching "paper mario speedrun 100 wr", only to find that nothing new came up. I then narrowed the search field to only show results from the last year & voila ... there I saw the thumbnail for imglower's glitchless speedrun in ~3:58:00 (wr) being displayed. Now just a day later, whereas before there was no indication given at all, there is THIS speedrun footage available for viewing that had EVERY reason to be displayed JUST the day before from my specific search credentials. What the heck is going on with TH-cam??? Why didn't it show me this month old upload even after I was searching it up virtually by name? I think it may have something to do with not being signed in the other day as I searched the results, but seriously poor TH-cam algorithms had a lot to do with it as well. Perfect example of how TH-cam doesn't care at all about the user or even the query they type in the search box ... they just shovel all the mainstream crap that they can at anyone that isn't signed in to their profile. I also realized comments I leave on certain videos often CANNOT be seen in the comment section if I am not signed in to my profile, as if the comment just doesn't even exist to be seen by another users perspective but once I MYSELF sign in to my profile only then does the comment exist to be viewed. This indicates that TH-cam isn't actually so interconnected with the rest of the world as one might hope & is instead just a shallow emulation of global content being shared worldwide that gets purveyed to the viewer only based on their viewing history. In other words, they are fabricating fake content (computer generated feed, NOT recorded or produced by an actual human individual as one would naturally believe) that is programmed to reflect the users interests. Deepfake technology has certainly come this far, to note. Something as simple as the footage in this speedrun video could EASILY be replicated by a computer generating fake content just to give the viewer something new to click on based on what has been relevant to their interests in the past. Really dishonest & kind of disappointing to know that some videos are potentially just totally fake. There is a TON of brainless regurgitated nonsense on TH-cam now especially that could be perfectly replicated & mass produced by computer algorithms just for the sake of deceiving humans into thinking there is something new for them to click on. This is CERTAINLY a superior model for ensuring consistent content uploads in terms of TH-cam optimizing it's own business model. Most of the TH-camrs with outstanding popularity are all just deepfake emulations of "human-looking" content that operate so to produce the optimal amount of correspondent service / entertainment for the TH-cam corporation to shovel at the users. I ask that anyone doubting what I am saying here take this into serious consideration. Do you really think they COULDN'T do that? Of course they could, as I know quite well. It also would benefit TH-cam enormously to not have to rely on human interest VS human productivity, you see. If they can just emulate footage of things -- human productivity (the youtuber) -- that are verified as interesting to a majority of human users, then they can just fake the views or likes -- human interest (the subscriber) -- in order to project a limitless model of entertainment productivity. As a business model they merely need to prove that relevant entertainment is being produced in order to qualify as a service of value. If they have the technology to perfectly replicate / fake both the supply & the demand then why wouldn't they do it? That would make them incomparably more money than the old method of just relying on some human to consistently produce something relevant to a mass of other human interests. Makes me wonder how many REAL HUMANS are actually still fueling TH-cam with their authentic interest & views. Probably not very many at all. They can literally just make computer algorithms to produce deepfakes & bots for content & views so they seriously only need a minuscule sliver of human users serving as the guiding force to determine what in general suffices as "interesting enough to watch as entertainment".
very nice run, after watching the entire 6h i really wanna hop on my 64 and play paper mario again :D
I think the most impressive thing about this run is knowing all of the quiz answers in japanese
I'm surprised the golden flower guy isn't included in the 101%.
Congrats Mr Glower!
@star_Court I’m a little late to party but saw your comment on the video to say hi. Hi!
101 percent? Can someone explain what this category is?

is using notes using a tool? The argument isn’t really that simple.
@@SDREHXC this ain't the "gotcha" you think it is when replying to a year old comment, dude.
@imglower Say, how come your speedruns don't show up on the speedrun website anymore?
Level 4 to 6 99 on Point to 100 in 99

Ah I see your problem. This the "101%" WR, not the 100% WR. Easy mistake I almost thought the same thing
This creator harassed a bunch of women. I love speed running but I'm not going to watch someone so disrespectful and disgusting.
it is good
