This happened to me with a brand new Seagate 4Tb HDD. I thought it was a bad drive, until I plugged a new one in and the data transfer froze and the partition went corrupted, just like the Seagate... Interestingly, at least it is the conclusion I have come to, is that it appears as though it was the Sabrient USB drive reader. I don't recall ever using it improperly, but i've had it for about 5 years and used it often without problems prior. Everything is working well with the new Orico external drive reader.
Hey. I accidently deleted the recovery partition and want to get it back. I used the AOMEI tool, after I run full scan it gives me a list of files labelled as "boot". But when I try to choose it, it says it overlaps and can't be selected. How do I solve this problem?
I have a issue i tried converting my usb from gpt to mbr but then got a error while converting and not it's unallocated now and had to format it. plz respond
When I open disk management I see the partition as unallocated and it has a letter as *: srar: and in cmd it does not show up!!! In diskpart it shows 12tb , in diskpart it shows 2 partitions but not the 3rd partition with the letter *: if you have any suggestions please help 🙏
In AOMEI, it displays partition "unformated" without letter, but in disc management displays this partition also without letter. this partition contains my data. please how to recover it?

i lost my partitions cause i upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10 pro N. in boot i can't update may windows cause of errors, i saw a vid from youtube to command clean the partitions. it helped me upgrade to windows 10, but now all of my partitions (also the files) are gone. i tried to install some apps and i saw the files but you need to pay to recover it. can you help me out? it's only been 8hrs after the upgrade and the lost of partitions (and all of my apps)
Hi dear there must be an option to keep your personal files and data after upgrading I guess you didn't notice. But if you don't select that option, then everything will get loss after upgrading.
@@AOMEITech I don't know what you are saying because I'm not techy.. But I did not do anything to it and I did not remove anything.. I had it checked with some technicians but they said they can't do anything to recover it 😭 All my important files are there 😭

The full scan ran for almost 10 hours. And it shows 100s of partitions.. some in mbs siza and some repeted ones... How yo recover the original ones

What error did you get? You can allocate it in Disk Management.

When I show the list of disks my disk shows up, but when I list the volumes it does not show up there. What should I do?
