Thank- but you should have a puller for that wiper arm(s). Just jiggling it, after a factory pressing on the spline, will NOT get it off- no way. I got a OTUAYAUTO Battery Terminal and Wiper Arm Puller from Amazon, same day delivery, and it worked- even after effort. That first time removing will be super tough. Use a puller.

To remove wiper arm on a ford fiesta simply take off the nut and press the wiper arm flat it will lift straight off. You dont need a puller
