Sis.. do you have recipe for Londres? The cake is very similar to this one but instead of rolling out, the cake is cut in half and placed with custard. I’ve tried several flavors such as coffee, ube And Pandan. Please share, if so! Much love and regard ❤️💋

Hello :D,there is a trick to just use water bottle to seperate the yolk from white :Dp
I just made this and it was easy and tasty but I need to get a right size jello roll pan. I stuffed it with homemade mango jam. :)

Is possible to use a regular baking pan for this? Unfortunately I currently don't own a sheet pan.
Instead of rolling it on sugar at the end, I prefer to dust some icing sugar instead. It sticks better to the roll cake & looks prettier 😊
