I would opt for this particular sound than any other 2/3/4 cylinder bikes...it's just awesome...but a ultra poor guy like me can only afford a 135cc single cylinder bike which belongs to my father and he wants it back😭😭😭😭😭!
@@vucko568910impossibile. Believe me, you have a SOHC (Only 1 cammes for cilinder)..This is A DOHC (double camme for cilinder, 4 total) . The dohc is moore faster, more elegant and technique motor, with biggest valves, abd the sound is totally better...in effects if yiu buy a soch r 1200 r you can find for 25 % less cost
No, the bike runs very well, mechanics and all the other parts. The only thing for which I can complain it's the battery. After one year and half it was already weak. Last november I put it under charge but when I switched off the charger for only one week the battery died completely. I likely will have to change it. This bike has the classic BMW air cooled boxer engine, very reliable. The problems you mentioned are probably referred to the new water cooled units, more powerful but more delicate, as I heard about. .
Ah, yes! Dnepr is not common in Italy, but it's quite known among vintage bikes lovers, in particular for those who like sidecars. They have the same engine schema, 180° opposite cylinders, like Bmw's
@ yankee4649ne - Yes, the sound is really deep even in this standard config. If I would remove the db killers it would probably be much more grave, but I didn't try. It's also very nicely sounding while downshifting. Thanks for watching!

All twins sound bassy compared to 4 cylinders (same displacement), because in principle youve got 2 big explosions instead of 4 small in one cycle.

I think yes, bt unlike 360 degree twins, this engine has more balanced layout, for sure this one has smaller amount of vibrations.
