The new series seems to be created to redirect foreign tourists away from highly frequented destinations like Kyoto, Osaka, and the areas around Mt. Fuji, towards lesser-known regions. As you are aware, many renowned spots in Japan are currently facing challenges. I trust that these videos will serve as a positive contribution and potential solution to the current situation. Ryotaro was funny since the minute he arrived! And kudos for the behind the scenes crew working hard to get out these videos on time.
So whenever Chris posts a video with food, we’re all going to tell him how well he did foraging for it right?
japan is one of the places iv always wanted to see, it seems so peacful and respectfull for people unlick where i live in scotland
Gorgeous shot at 5:10, shoutout camera people!
Always good to have Rissotoro back for a video, loving this series, thanks Chris! Cant wait to hear more about it on the podcast!
I think what is so cool about this format, is you do kind of have to pull an adventure out of a hat for each day... and because of your knowledge and social connections and Japan just being full of such neat places/experiences there is just always something really interesting to see and do! Viewing this reminds me a lot of my experience traveling around japan for a couple weeks with friends, just stumbling on to really cool places and friendly people, it's such a wonderful feeling! Great work capturing that feeling of fun and adventure!
this series is amazing man, just day after day knowing there's gonna be more is great
Great video! Nice to see Ryotaro again
Watching your stuff, knowing the company you have, and the amount of things you teach I always was intrigued by all your stuff is still pretty good...
I love it when Ryotaro is on your videos!
