"because I said so" is probably the worst thing you can say to a child. I'm guilty of saying it a few times to my own children in a moment of frustration and have to go back to them once the dust settles to admit that wasn't the best reaction and to commit to doing better in future. This has worked well and allows communication to flow much more fluidly with my children and I 😊. I think this is an excellent reminder to pause (and man, the Summer is the perfect canvas for pause and reflection or play or stillness). The awakening and "new something" has happened before and will again. Woo woo is good from time to time for sure. Blessings to you sir✨🪻
