The reason it took so long to start when he first started it is the air going into the engine was unrestricted. If you place a foam cushion in front of the intakes, it's enough to improve suction of fuel into the cylinders. Starting Fluid is something all mechanics should have when starting an engine the first time.
First off..When Tahitian Rider builds it, you know it's done right. You never disappoint. Second...Is it possible to fall in love with a motorcycle? This thing is so insanely cool on so many levels. At 51 y/o I have never owned a bike but if I ever do I hope it it looks and sounds like this one.
Another fantastic build! I really enjoy watching your work. Let’s people know that you really don’t need the coolest most expensive shop or tools to make great things happen. Always an inspiration to watch you! Thanks! 🙌🏻
Finaly I found a Chanel with a guy, who knows what bike building is about. That 4 in 1 sounds and looks phantastic and the bike looks like a ton of fun.
These café racer builders always amaze me with how little detail goes into the seat, after spending many hours on the frame, motor and paint, they throw on a seat as an afterthought, and have a bike that looks half done.
Man, I always had on the carefree back burner wanting to build my own bike. My dad was a Harley racer way back in the 50s and he built several bikes through the years. We talked about building one for me some time but never had the spare time as I was always working and had enough other house and vehicle projects going on and doing work for my grandparents place. I'd still like to build a bike project but I think I ran out of fortitude back when I got covid as I've never felt the same since and just constantly tired.
For the most part it seems pretty straight forward, I'm just hung up on the engine and transmission part of it all. Choosing the right components. I want to build a custom chopper at some point in my life.
Very nice, the 350/4 is a strange machine, and not very common! Great build, personally would have made it into a hardtail, but it's great as it is, and probably came out just the way you wanted. have a great day.
BRAVO!!!! I wonder when companies like Honda or Yamaha will finally come up with the idea of producing such cafe racers for showrooms. The world needs such motorcycles :) How much would you value this unit for if you were to sell it?
Great job! Makes me wanna go for a ride on my 400 supersport :) Maybe the only thing that you’ll regret will be not putting in forks that fit double disk brakes ahah, those bike fly but they do not like to stop Great job again!
What a great project, your work is inspiring for many of us.Keep on going the sky is the limit.

The feeling of success when you finished that bike must have been out of this world.
Finaly I found a Chanel with a guy, who knows what bike building is about.

The look of pure joy on that man's face that engine fired up. Awesome!
I've had the same idea and think it could be fun. Nice work!!
I felt that genuine happiness when you've finally hear the engine roar!
It is such a great feeling when the heart of the beast runs for the first time.
Excellent video sir. Watching you start the engine off the bike and celebrating was fun.
Wow, what an inspiring video, great job. I got really excited seeing the bike, makes me want to build my own version. Cheers to you, thanks! 🤩
Man, let me be your apprentice hahahahah
Such inspiring work. Keep it up my dude!
Formidable travail, Tom! Bravo!
the sound so good man
this should have millions of views

Effectivement il est magnifique :)
This is a fantastic cycle! Love the color, simplicity, and sound. Great inspiration for my '72 CL350 build. Cheers!
I`m not bike fan but this is pure art from nothing. Amazing work! 😁👍
Great video man. Nothing like the buzz of getting an old engine fire up again after its been sitting for a long time... sweet. happy motoring...
These café racer builders always amaze me with how little detail goes into the seat, after spending many hours on the frame, motor and paint, they throw on a seat as an afterthought, and have a bike that looks half done.
You're a legend! Loved this build.

Amazing video!!!!!
Amazing to watch. Did you keep track of how many hours it took altogether? Beautiful bike well done
I would like to advise you to use a bit more muscular tank but this build is very beautiful
A masterpiece. 😃👍🏼
That engine noise 🔥 12:49
wow, how long did you clean those wheels?
A pretty long time ^^ several hours I'd say
What a sound 😍
Super boulot!
I love what u do man
I love the tank you used so much I bought one! What material did you add around the tank on the sharp edges?
I have watched this one so many times as it is my dream style bike. I would love to know more about how much you might sell a build like this for?
Very nice, the 350/4 is a strange machine, and not very common! Great build, personally would have made it into a hardtail, but it's great as it is, and probably came out just the way you wanted. have a great day.
Thanks! 👍
@@TahitianRideryou're welcome. I hope you have plenty of good times on this machine. I'm doing a gsxr750 1995, have a great day, fella.
Soothing 😮

Maybe the only thing that you’ll regret will be not putting in forks that fit double disk brakes ahah, those bike fly but they do not like to stop
Great job again!
And that exhaust sounds mean!
Haha thanks! :) Yeah indeed braking power isn't the strong point on this bike ^^
@@TahitianRider at night I dream of double perforated disks with bigger calipers ahaha
And a rear brake that does not lock on 10% pressure
