Check out our latest TH-cam video where we dive into the world of lifting your Ford Transit! We'll walk you through a range of components designed to enhance ground clearance and accommodate larger tires. Starting with a wallet-friendly option, WeldTec Designs' Aluminum Coil Spacer provides a 2-inch lift with added camber correction and durability. Then, we introduce our WeldTec Designs Lower Control Arm featuring 1.5 degrees of camber adjustment and Caster Adjuster. We then discuss the importance of our WeldTec Designs Lower Control Arm Support Bracket for extra stability. Following it up, we explore the benefits of the Ford Transit 2.5 King Coilover Shock, offering adjustable valve, spring rate, and heat dissipation for a smoother ride. Lastly, we dive into our WeldTec Designs Ford Transit Progressive Leaf Springs, eliminating the use of a block in the rear and being built to the weight of the van. In addition to these six main products mentioned, we also offer a Ford Transit 2.5 King Shock with a Reservoir as well as a Ford Transit 2.0 King Shock with a Reservoir. What is your favorite part in this Ford Transit Suspension kit?
The passenger side axle shaft...:).
Hi Jeremy just popped in to say Hi Love your products… the Bumpers you sent to Chrome , wow i had
a diferent opinion before i seen them up close and personal..
I'm glad you to hear you liked them! We always strive to build the best. Thanks for watching
Already paid for the complete set of Kings. Now patiently (not really!) waiting for the call in May to go pick them up!!!
We're excited to hear you're eager about your King shocks.
There’s a lot of great information here. So much to take in and it’s all well delivered. Awesome lift options!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching.
this is a great video thank you. I've been on the fence between Transit and Sprinter and this has helped me move towards the Transit...along with the stronger powertrain and better AWD.
Hi Jeremy just like to say that the Ford Transit has never captured my attention, but after seeing them Lifted with your WeldTec Designs Lift Kits and upgraded wheels, I now have a different perspective.
Thanks! It's great to hear how you have a different perspective on them. We'll have more Ford Transit and Transit Trail content on the way.
That’s definitely the beefiest kit I’ve seen for the Transit yet!
These are definitely the best parts available for the Ford Transit.
Awesome presentation. Thank you
Whenever my suspension blows I am gonna have to pony up and do this upgrade!
Does this help with the recall on the tires that are going on right now?
This will help - th-cam.com/video/guxo3hB6hb4/w-d-xo.html
If I plan to fit the complete front & rear suspension upgrades; control arms, shocks & leaf springs, do I need to add the aluminum spacers?
Hello, and Thank you for a well informed description of all the components. I have a 2023 Transit Trail (350 MR). Ford issued a recall for the rubbing of the front tires and their solution is to put a smaller size tire. So, I ask you: Have you come across an aftermarket solution? Do any of these kits and lifts resolve the problem without putting smaller tires? Thank you.
This may help: th-cam.com/video/guxo3hB6hb4/w-d-xo.html
What is the most cost-effective combined with best performance option if I'm interested in having the complete front to back kit installed? Should I get a transit trail or an all wheel drive transit?
Can you add more level to the trail model with just the spacer. Or is stock ideally the same?
So I can fit all this to an existing Transit AWD Trail that already has a standard 2" lift???
PLEASE!!! If fitting ALL these upgrades; what is the Trail H3L4 new capacities. Gross Payload? Gross Vehicle Weight? & Kerb Weight?
Good questions for Weldtec. With the Trail's factory heavy duty axles, isn't that the capacity limit regardless of suspension, control arm, etc upgrades? Im also wondering is it a better cost/performance decision to start with the factory Transit 350 vs the Trail version needing these same upgrades and taking out the ~$4k of Trail lift work from the factory? Also what eliminates the front pinch weld tire rubbing issue with 245s and can 265s fit after this work? I want a clean flat undercarriage for clearance below and Ford really blew it on this aspect with the Trail, can this work fix that? I'll call the shop to get more details but this info is what is on top of my mind as I wait for a 2024 Trail stuck "in production" status.
im looking for info on lifting 2inches and adding rims to a ford 2023-2024 e-transit.. anyone know if anythings different there other than the fact it's RWD??
we've actually discontinued our Ford E Transit Kits. Here's a private link to an older video that may help you get some ideas - th-cam.com/video/ffnXZjXVays/w-d-xo.html
@@WeldtecDesigns thanks so much.. sounds like it is a bit different then. Will def. Check out the link
Trail owners complaining of tires rubbing so Ford's answer now? Replace with smaller tires! HAHA. What a joke. This setup so much better; go base and customize.
Thanks slumming it with Transit. Why should Sprinter get all the goodies. It seems like a personal endeavor, so thanks.
Hello Jeremy you really need to do better with your customer service I've had an ongoing issue for a couple of months now and your team is just totally dropping the ball on it.
Maybe you can enlighten us. Jeremy doesn't read every single TH-cam comment! On 10/19/23 it looks like you were installing your lift kit as you were emailing for instructions. Almost 6 Months later we received an email about the rear shocks potentially being wrong. We charged you for the shocks and emailed you a return label for the "incorrect ones". Can you elaborate on how we have terrible customer service again?
It appears our customer service has been wonderful in resolving your issue so I am so sorry you don't feel the same.
