Do you have to buy an integral diverted kit in order to increase the flow temp to the hot water ?
My cylinder doest get to temp as my flow temp is 65 from the boiler and my cylinder stat is set to 65. I'm abit confused

  • @mgbroadsterJ

Great review. We have the original Worcester 2000 combi the budget version of the 8000 in our kitchen it’s super super quiet. Yes the pipe work was a pain on the first generation of the 2000 but had no issues at all. The second generation of the 2000 is much better And who doesn’t love a challenge. I believe the released a 4000 now. Not sure what differences are but I look forward to it. Thanks for the videos. Love them.

Assalaamalaikum. I am looking into this boiler. As a homeowner and first time dealing with a heating system, does it matter if the gas boiler is fitted by an accredited WB installer? And would you need to or would it be more efficient to change the hot water cylinder and its port valves too and thermostats and controller?

I’ve a Worcester 8000 and have had problems over the last 3 years. These problems, all stem from the Auto filling pressure value. My advice to anyone thinking of getting one. Make sure you get a manual pressure value. Mine is a 35 kw combi and it’s very efficient.

@@SS-78- we originally had the intelligent filling system. It has now been changed to the filling system, with a blue pull lever. The intelligent system caused us no end of issues. Not many gas engineers, actually know how the intelligent filling system works, as it involves setting the parameters within the control panel. My advice, do not install the intelligent system.
