Why can't we produce any power output from this heat energy or we can also use it for heat exchangers if needed.. why we just burning out in the air ?

Plus we have the incinerator settling tank & incinerator service tank in which we transfer threw w.o tank using sludge pump into settling tank,then into service and then we can transfer into incinerator and start burning our garbage
