      He might be, but in Maryland, after they finish investigating him.
      One might even wonder if he got of town so fast because Maryland would know where to find him! He testified and was on a plane the next morning and before defense was finished so he could not be recalled.

    • @GlennaVan
      @GlennaVan 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Given his background, I am surprised defense called him as an expert witness while he was under investigation and being sued for falsifying a report. Either prosecution didn't know or the judge unfairly allowed an expert witness involved in criminal activity for what he was testifying. By the time of trial, the lawsuit against him and that he was fired was easily found information. He should have never been allowed to testify.

      @@lanaharlow2515 At the front of it, Chauvin and his partner were sent to another call and later came here on their own after the call went out the first officers to arrive had the suspect in custody. I wish that had been brought up! If Chauvin had not gone there, none of this would have happened. When Floyd said he was claustrophobic and could not breathe, one of the original officers said they would roll down the windows. It was then that Chauvin interjected himself into the situation from the other side of the car and put his arm abound Floyd's neck and never released him, not until the medic moved Chauvin's arm after Floyd was dead.
      This was very personal. After learning about previous encounters in private life (security at the night club), I wish this had been brought into the trial. This was not a chance encounter of the two.

Also, will his death bring change to an obviously flawed system? Even if a thousand boulders should drop on his head, we can never undo the harm this individual has perpetrated. This is a sad fact of humanity. One person can have so much of a negative impact on the lives(and deaths)of so many others. It makes me wonder if there is ever any true justice in life? Well, for starters, I'm glad his cases are being revisited. He should also be charged for his dishonesty in an official capacity. Most of all, his case must be used as an example when vetting others for similar positions of power. We can no longer believe any medical examiner-- without intense scrutiny.
