Mauricio Huevo I’m sorry? I weighed 356 as of February 2018. I’m now 172 on average after going down to 158, I’ve put on some muscle since then, and am maintaining this weight. Maybe you should get off your ass and workout before denigrating somebody’s YEARS of hard work. FOH.
i Know this is probably not going to happen with a lot of people but as a 15yr old with a %9 body fat percentage i saw results not even 20 minutes later with a v cut coming in already. Safe to say ill be using this workout a lot!
Have been doing this 2x/week since Feb - noticeable results in terms of oblique definition, would definitely recommend incorporating this and then finishing it up with a burnout set of broomstick twists.
The best part of this routine is it doesn’t require any equipment and the exercises aren’t too awkward lol I use a HIIT timer for my routines too. I highly recommend adding a 3-5 sec rest between exercises to give your self time to transition. Deff gonna be using this stuff in da gym tho 👌🏼

For those of you who don't know, if you're overweight, just doing these exercises by itself will not automatically give you abs. For your abs to appear, you will need to go on a calorie deficit and also put in cardio endurance in your routine too. So basically you have abs already, but your fat is covering it, so you would need to do cardio and eat less. Somewhere around 500-1200 calories a day. Let me know if I said anything wrong, I've only been working out for 224 days. Edit: I'm here because I need some Oblique workouts and also I'm skinny skeleton man and currently bulking.
I understand and agree with most of what you said, however a calorie deficit will be different for everyone because we all have different needs! Doesn't mean you should allow yourself too much leeway with that comment. But 500 cal. is hardly anything. I'm 5' 1" and 140 lbs. Alot of it Is muscle and I get really sick if I eat under 800 cals. A day. But again, you still brought up a good point of the deficit itself and cardio!

@@adamdamiri4823 if you can handle it then go for it, but if advise you that it can cause overtraining if you don't have enough rest intervals between workouts, not that this is a very intense one, but for that same muscle group over and over it might be taxing.
I'm gonna do this twice a day with 100 crunches and 100 toe touches at night. Pray for me y'all... So here's a little background info: I'm 158cm tall (abt 5'4? Idk). I'm waistline is 74cm in diameter idk what it is in inches look it up. My weight is 46kg. I'm not defined in fact I don't even have a flat tummy. Let's goooo!! DAY ONE: no changes in what I look like but it doesn't happen in seconds so I'll keep you updated. Best results will probably be about three days in. *Breakfast* bacon and eggs on toast with wayyyy too much butter. Mum made it but it was good. *Lunch* well I was too lazy to go home and cook something after world so I got maccas... nvm it won't hurt unless I eat like that every day (I won't) *Dinner* chicken schnitzel and veggies. Yum. Got my protein and my healthy stuff! *Snacks* had some candy but not much. Had it before I worked out tho and felt sick.. Oops. Also I don't think I drank enough water today. Might do that apple cider vinegar detox tomorrow. DAY TWO okay so when I woke up this morning my abs hurt soo much so I think I should have maybe cut down on the crunches, maybe 100 instead of 200. I didn't see a difference this morning I was honestly so upset. But I did have a good workout today, I didn't stop one time and was suprised when I saw that it was over. if my results are really good I'll go from one week to two maybe. Maybe. *breakfast* well I was gonna have a boiled egg which I normally do (I make it in the microwave) but it exploded (not good!!!). So I had cake that I was saving for lunch. I was just eating it another time of the day and I think the best time to eat unhealthy food is in the morning bc you burn it off walking around all day. *Lunch* nothing I didn't pack anything *Dinner* shop bought pizza. Like from the supermarket. Frozen. Tasted good. *SIDE NOTE* I think I will cut the crunches to 100 tomorrow and do the apple cider vinegar detox bc I forgot this morning. DAY THREE so today was skip day or else I'd overwork myself, but I didn't eat much at all. *Breakfast* poached egg, salt, black pepper. *Lunch* ham, cheese and tomato toastie. Yum *Dinner* almost nothing, literally a 1/3 of a cup of pasta. DAY FOUR woke up feeling great, I went to bed early (9PM). *Breakfast* two poached eggs, salt, black pepper. *Lunch* Greek yoghurt and organic honey. Vegetarian rice paper roll. *Dinner* Meat pie and roasted vegetables (literally anything tastes amazing roasted! You should try beetroot and brussels sprouts they are soooo good) Trying to eat healthy and get exercise on top of doing this workout (e.g. riding a bike to work, walking around when I get the chance blah blah) this workout was so much easier today and I felt really good after doing it. I've decided to buy a yoga mat this weekend (it's Wednesday afternoon) DAY FIVE the workout felt so *easy* today! It was insane. I'm gonna do it again later tonight. Breakfast was weetbix with skim milk and blueberries instead of sugar. Lunch was an organic peanut butter (just peanuts and salt) sand which on wholemeal (I'm gluten intolerant) Dinner was fish fillets with salad. Yum Snacks were blueberries and strawberries, and a banana muffin. I've decided I'm gonna extend this to two weeks instead of one, maybe even three. We'll see. This morning I did the apple cider vinegar detox. Tasted hOrRiBLe but I felt good afterwards so.. EXTRA EXERCISE: went for a run. Played AFL. Rode my bike to and from work. POSITIVES: skin is clearing up! I had very clear skin before I started but now my pores and invisible, and any breakouts I did have are gone. Definitely extending this to two weeks. Summers coming up in Australia, I've got to get ready!!

DAY ONE: no changes in what I look like but it doesn't happen in seconds so I'll keep you updated. Best results will probably be about three days in.
*Breakfast* bacon and eggs on toast with wayyyy too much butter. Mum made it but it was good.
*Lunch* well I was too lazy to go home and cook something after world so I got maccas... nvm it won't hurt unless I eat like that every day (I won't)
*Dinner* chicken schnitzel and veggies. Yum. Got my protein and my healthy stuff!
*Snacks* had some candy but not much. Had it before I worked out tho and felt sick.. Oops. Also I don't think I drank enough water today. Might do that apple cider vinegar detox tomorrow.
DAY TWO
okay so when I woke up this morning my abs hurt soo much so I think I should have maybe cut down on the crunches, maybe 100 instead of 200. I didn't see a difference this morning I was honestly so upset. But I did have a good workout today, I didn't stop one time and was suprised when I saw that it was over. if my results are really good I'll go from one week to two maybe. Maybe.
*breakfast* well I was gonna have a boiled egg which I normally do (I make it in the microwave) but it exploded (not good!!!). So I had cake that I was saving for lunch. I was just eating it another time of the day and I think the best time to eat unhealthy food is in the morning bc you burn it off walking around all day.
*Lunch* nothing I didn't pack anything
*Dinner* shop bought pizza. Like from the supermarket. Frozen. Tasted good.
*SIDE NOTE* I think I will cut the crunches to 100 tomorrow and do the apple cider vinegar detox bc I forgot this morning.
DAY THREE
so today was skip day or else I'd overwork myself, but I didn't eat much at all.
*Breakfast* poached egg, salt, black pepper.
*Lunch* ham, cheese and tomato toastie. Yum
*Dinner* almost nothing, literally a 1/3 of a cup of pasta.
DAY FOUR
woke up feeling great, I went to bed early (9PM).
*Breakfast* two poached eggs, salt, black pepper.
*Lunch* Greek yoghurt and organic honey. Vegetarian rice paper roll.
*Dinner* Meat pie and roasted vegetables (literally anything tastes amazing roasted! You should try beetroot and brussels sprouts they are soooo good)
Trying to eat healthy and get exercise on top of doing this workout (e.g. riding a bike to work, walking around when I get the chance blah blah)
this workout was so much easier today and I felt really good after doing it. I've decided to buy a yoga mat this weekend (it's Wednesday afternoon)
DAY FIVE
the workout felt so *easy* today! It was insane. I'm gonna do it again later tonight.
Breakfast was weetbix with skim milk and blueberries instead of sugar.
Lunch was an organic peanut butter (just peanuts and salt) sand which on wholemeal (I'm gluten intolerant)
Dinner was fish fillets with salad. Yum
Snacks were blueberries and strawberries, and a banana muffin.
I've decided I'm gonna extend this to two weeks instead of one, maybe even three. We'll see. This morning I did the apple cider vinegar detox. Tasted hOrRiBLe but I felt good afterwards so..
EXTRA EXERCISE: went for a run. Played AFL. Rode my bike to and from work.
POSITIVES: skin is clearing up! I had very clear skin before I started but now my pores and invisible, and any breakouts I did have are gone. Definitely extending this to two weeks. Summers coming up in Australia, I've got to get ready!!

Not to demotivate you and im no expert anyways but i feel like with maccas, pizza, candy, cake, bacon and a bit more butter than planned in just two days id be surprised to see any great results :D

Daksh Gupta they were great I’m still working out consistently but I’m not doing too much abs at the moment because I’m trying to bulk for this competition I’m in.
