    I have to tell you I recently made it! Actually days ago. LoL!😂 When I made it, I tasted it. It was so delicious! I couldn't believe my mouth and how similar it tasted. So I have to confess, I did eat it (just a little while ago) on store bakery Italian bread, one with sesame seed, the other Pesto Parmesan. They were both delicious. I even got funky and put sliced Kumato tomatoes. Wow, I can't believe I did that, ate, that! It was Deelicious! Thank You!!

    Gotta be sure to wash the raw cashews VERY WELL. Dirty stuff.
    I don't use them that often for a few reasons. Besides high caloric value, and expense, I hear the workers who harvest them suffer greatly. Was it just hearsay? Your recipes are so creative & look so tasty. Obviously you're not suggesting to use cashews daily, but when we want to make something very special more healthy. Like a cheez pie using cashews & chick peas, Mmm. You are an amazing chef!! Thx for your efforts. You're appreciated. 💜

    Love this, can we substitute cashews for another nut like almonds or walnuts?

      Sure. I don't eat salt, so I have made it without salt with no issues.

      If you do not eat salt, how are you getting the mineral sodium, which the body need?

      @@R0yalBeauty77 plenty of foods have natural salt like celery. For me, it's the potassium / sodium balance to keep my blood pressure normal
