Either we can place column based on max. spacing 4m Or Must provide at each and every meeting junction of beam. It will be very helpful if you explain this with any of the building plan.
Yes you are right.... When height of door is 8.5 ' There is no need of lintel beem... Just place 2 bricks in side ways and fill the space with a steel bar and some concrete... Common practice in our area..

They already provided bricks beam on the top of doors and windows frame, look closely, I think the building is quite safe. not agree with you.
