I was a Wunderlist user up until Microsoft destroyed it, and then moved to Todoist. I always felt Todoist was missing a lot of key features Wunderlist had, but i used it for a little over a year since everyone recommended it as the alternative, until I found Tick Tick. Tick Tick has habit tracker, pomodoro timer, calendar integration and calendar view, Kannan view, timeline view, Eisenhower matrix, the list goes on. I highly recommend it.
What are your thoughts on Sunsama compared to these? Any other apps that can "automatically" schedule tasks for you, or at least guide you in scheduling them?
Good video, thanks. It's an interesting subject. I use TeuxDeux and I liked it very much. Unfortunately is not integrated to Microsoft. I dont like Microsoft view as you have pointed. Planner could be an alternative but it's not integrated to my note platform (Onenote). What options are there left for integrating Outlook - Onenote - and a task manager with the view of apps like Planner or TeuxDeux where you can see a Kanban style of Full Week? Is there an alternative with Sharepoint? 🤔

ToDoIst is a good option for this! Honestly, Apple reminders if they are like in your family on an Apple device

I’m not aware of any Microsoft ones that are… well good outside of Planner I guess.
Please recommend pros and cons between ticktick and todoist. I can’t choose this 2 apps.
