I was born in Torquay and lived in the area for many years. I now live in the States and I have watched every video that you have done. I will be there in 3 weeks and cannot wait to walk along the wall. Great work to all of you involved.

I was born in Exeter and raised in Dawlish. Emigrated to Australia with family 50 years ago. I travelled from Australia to see this but was 3 weeks too early. Job well done by the Orange Army, and thanks to Neil and Dawlish Beach Cams for all the great update videos. Hope to come again in the near future.

After seeing all of these clips, from the start until today's one. Other construction companies should take note for future projects that lend themselves to these kinds of TH-cam clips.

Well, if I'd known a bit sooner, I might've been able to come down for the day. Not to be, but never mind. Congratulations anyway on a momentous milestone! I've been watching since the start and it's been epic. Sitting in my tiny flat in Alva, Scotland, but with you in heart, the scenes have been extraordinary. What with the Wavewalker plodding up and down the beach, the 70t excavator crawling along pushing sand and rock like it was confetti. The things bam and the "orange army" have produced from some bits of twisted metal and ground up rock have been jaw dropping! The precision prefab by Shay has been a marvel of manufacturing prowess and the overnight possessions to fly in those huge "Legos" they've made have certainly kept me up at night. Good job I'm retired!! 😄 And all because of our wonderful "Beachcams Man and Jack from Bam"! Brilliant!! 😀

Beach cam man, you have been a major player in highlighting the improvements to the seafront at Dawlish and getting the information out to the public. If this results in the start of a resurgence of Dawlish as a popular resort again, you should be one of the main people that should be recognised and thanked for it.

As I have previously mentioned this a fantastic project, protecting the railway from the ravages of the environment whilst providing Dawlish with a great amenity. In my opinion only let down by the rusty rail bridge, a coat of paint is badly needed GWR green would be appropriate?

I have been following the progress of this project from Florida, USA for years now. Well done to all involved!
May I politely suggest that the interviewer reconsider her appearance for future videos. She seems lovely and I mean it kindly, but I am a bit embarrassed for her as regards both makeup and clothing. Perhaps I am just an old dude from the States, but a bit of modesty would not go amiss.
Looking forward to future videos as the lifts and bridge are completed, and of course to the sweeping drone view once it is all finished down to the details.
