Great starting point for anyone that wants to get into modding for sure. I agree throttle controller and QV spoiler! Lots of effort goes into making these videos thanks for keeping the content flowing
I live in the Netherlands and our official Alfa dealer directs people to Squadra tuning. No problem with factory warranties whatsoever. Stefan knows what he is doing, aimed to create more (safe!) power, driveabilty and stay practical for daily use at the same time. We used to drive a 156 JTD 1.9 that had a torque focused tune; the driveability was superb. Took off like a rocket without need to downshift so we were off while some hot hatch freak was playing around with his shifter LOL
1. Throttle Control - checked 2. Sport Spoiler - checked 3. Exhaust - checked 4. Air Intake - checked I have the madness piggyback tune, but really want the squadra tune done, so it will go with the race selector 😆🤞
I'm glad you professed the maintenance part as the first 'mod' to do. I just received my Giulia and am still learning about the maintenance required and what should be replaced before it breaks.
Been playing with (vintage) Alfas for 25yrs. Maybe not needed with the newer Giulia & Stelvio but with older used cars, suspension & brakes were always my first areas to concentrate on before any power or cosmetics. Suspension - bushing and or performance springs? Brakes good - better brake pads or slotted/grooved discs to be had...or replacing rubber brake lines with SS to improve feel and reliability. Get the braking and handling optimized and then move forward.
My 2018 Stelvio gets delivered today from Carvana. Thursday has an apt at AR of Plano for a good once over. Can't wait to start looking at intakes and tunes.
Did a muffler delete 3 inch and boy oh boy the red line shifts and growl is perfect not to much attention drawn especially in Cali lol also just got a Forged carbon spoiler from Madness last month for my birthday I’m loving it can’t stop staring at it
Y’all keep it up gang, your channel will continue to grow. Keep learning about angles, lighting, and videography to increase your knowledge of the craft and improve the overall viewer experience. Love to the family🤞🏽I appreciate you all
I like what you all have done with the mods on the Giulia, Stelvio, when I grow up I wanna be just like you, I just bought a used 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI AWD 2.0, thank you for being awesome and sharing your content and having fun in the process
So far, I've done aesthetic mods. Spoiler, mirror caps, coin holder in the door handle. My next MOD will be the aluminum pedals for brake and accelerator.
I did exhaust and will order the springs and spacers next! Good I formation and I feel you with the new born! Just turned 4 month, thank god for coffee!
Just got a 2020 AF Stelvio as a 29 yo female! Kinda nervous since I have not seen any in my area but trying to watch some of these videos to get more knowledge and join some AF groups for support! Appreciate these videos. 😅
My boy was knocked out 😴 lol love it. I might have an easy suggestion: maybe looking at Alfa forums and give you opinions about some of the comments/questions there.
Awesome vid. All I have right now is the eurocompulsion v2 intake, Bonalume diverter valve CF mirror caps and the qv wing. I'm struggling with the thought of an intake. Coming from a gen 6 camaro SS, it's hard to get excited over 4 banger sounds. Plus I kinda like how insulated it sounds in the cabin. But the other half of me wants a little exhaust drama... I'm stumped.
I have the hybrid turbo from Alfissimo. Overall I think it’s pretty decent. If I were to do it again I’d probably go with Eurocompulsion’s, which seems to give you more control over boost and more options for tunes like pops and bangs if you want. 40psi all the time is just overkill. I’d tried to make a suggestion that they map different boost levels to the different drive modes, but they, mainly Squadra, didn’t seem open to it. Something else that has kind of annoyed me with it is the hp number they claim. They pull/advertise the number from the Squadra Performance Logger as opposed to a dyno. Issue with that is the hp number from can easily be manipulated by adjusting the weight of the car in the Performance Logger’s setup menu, so if you put in more weight it will read more hp. It can also be manipulated by external factors like slope, road surface, so for example more downhill=higher hp reading. I did press them on this and they did confirm that it has been dyno tested as well, with similar results as the logger. If that’s the case then IMO they should show that with the details of the package. Also you’re going to need cooling upgrades if you don’t live in a place that’s consistently in the 50-65F range, any temp above that intake temps get too high and it almost makes the hybrid not worth it. Before buying I asked if any other upgrades they’d recommend to go along with it, they said just downpipe, but it definitely needs some cooling upgrade and possibly a turbo blanket as my shop couldn’t get the full factory turbo heat shield to fit. So like I said overall it’s decent, but could definitely be better. Just make sure to explore the other options before jumping in on one.
I just bought a Giulia, I am so happy about it, I used to have an Alfetta GTV 2.6 back in Italy, very fast and noisy and also very uncomfortable compared to the new Giulia. Only three things I am not pleased is the luck of manual transmission in the US version, I have no idea way the US market will rob themselves from the beauty of being the one in charge of the clutch, second is the luck of engine noise, and third the almost absent exhaust noise, it's almost like driving a sporty and fast electric car once you close the doors. Your video catches on two of the issues, and I have a question, I am in California and as you know we have strict emissions standards, would the straight pipe effect the smock check? And also I heard that some of those intake modes will cause the check engine light to come on. I did purchase the Alfissima spoiler, but since I got the Alfa Red, I am thinking to leave it as is and not painting it, the red and black is a good contrast, next in my bucket list is the OBD reader. Thanks for the great video
Did you forget that you have a newborn? I change my own oil and when the time comes, I will change my belt an spark plugs. I also have MES already. Installed the V grill LEDs, that I put together from Amazon, not the Etsy one. Somebody on the Stelvio forum pointed out to me, that when I reset the ECU after an oil change, I should reset the multi air system as well in MES. Man, since than I barely have any turbo lang.
I didn’t forget I had a new born.. I forgot the lack of sleep that I was running on. To put out content consistently was going to take a lot out of my day, while also running on new sleep was a stretch.
@@19mati67 sorry I’m half asleep, I just responded to a ton of negative comments that had been blocked. I read it in a different tone than you meant it. Appreciate the support as always. What’s the difference between the Etsy and Amazon V?
@@ModdedMotors Price. The kit on Etsy(last when I checked a year ago), it was $120. You get one LED strip, which does not reach the whole length of the V grill frame. I went with a pair of strips and I cut off what was in excess. It was $22(Carlits kit). They don't last to long, maybe a year and a half.
Great starting point for anyone that wants to get into modding for sure. I agree throttle controller and QV spoiler! Lots of effort goes into making these videos thanks for keeping the content flowing
Appreciate you bro 😭 I don’t know if people understand how hard it is! Thank you for the support 🤝

I've used Squadra tuning for my 1995 Alfa 164Q...Stephan/Squadra know their stuff!
That alfissimo coolant bleed screw should definitely be a first "mod"
Honestly, yes that’s a great first mod!
Battery too.. Stock battery is ASS CHEEKS LOL
Got to love these cars honestly doing my paddle shifter soon
Oooo paddle shifters are an absolute must!
1. Throttle Control - checked
2. Sport Spoiler - checked
3. Exhaust - checked
4. Air Intake - checked
I have the madness piggyback tune, but really want the squadra tune done, so it will go with the race selector 😆🤞
lol 😂 you got the Alfa must haves 🤝 definitely Squadra and Race mode next 👀 who knows a lot of people fell off from day one till today
I'm glad you professed the maintenance part as the first 'mod' to do. I just received my Giulia and am still learning about the maintenance required and what should be replaced before it breaks.
Definitely doing maintenance is critical, these cars don’t like not having regular maintenance. Mainly oil changes, spark plugs, and coils.
Been playing with (vintage) Alfas for 25yrs. Maybe not needed with the newer Giulia & Stelvio but with older used cars, suspension & brakes were always my first areas to concentrate on before any power or cosmetics. No wrong answer on how to mod
The "door pockets" for the Giulia are a surprisingly useful mod!
That’s a fantastic recommendation! Love those pockets!
i do not have a giulia yet but i hope until the end of this 25 days i can get one if everything rolls in place.
I’m praying for you! Hopefully this content was extremely helpful!

3inch is definitely the way to go!
Just bought my first 2019 Giulia
You guys are the best 🙏🏽🎉
Welcome to the club! Congratulations on your purchase! Glad we can help!
Great first mods list. I went with a carbon fiber trunk lip, pod filter, an AFE axle back, and O.Z. wheels. Couldn’t stand how quiet it was.
Wheels are definitely a great start, and exhaust are mandatory on these things!

Not too bad 🤝
Yessirrrrr
Diggin the family vibe. Texas Tribe!
Appreciate you! Texas ✊🏽
I always mod my vehicles in the same order. Tints>Exhaust>Coilovers/Springs>Intake>Tune. Cosmetics here and there.
Totally love that list! I end up doing too much at once 😂
So far, I've done aesthetic mods. Spoiler, mirror caps, coin holder in the door handle. My next MOD will be the aluminum pedals for brake and accelerator.
Ooo the aluminum pedals are a great add! The coin holder is so underrated!
I like watching your videos to teach me more about my Alfa thanks
I did exhaust and will order the springs and spacers next! Good I formation and I feel you with the new born! Just turned 4 month, thank god for coffee!
Springs and spacers is a great start as well! Dude it’s rough out here 😂 definitely need my coffee!
I personally went with the Madness Autoworks Monza exhaust! I feel like it brought the car to life 😍😍❤️

Great list - have a piggyback and bmc drop-in filter, but pedal commander and spoiler are next!
Thank you! Piggyback is definitely a solid option! Spoiler and pedal commander are great next mods 🤝
I feel like this is the Elite Alfa Family
Yes I have modded mine a bit. QV spoiler, GoPedal, CAI, muffler delete and lots of carbon bits. Need to get Multiecuscan though.
Multiecu is that last little puzzle piece 🧩 🤝
My boy was knocked out 😴 lol love it. I might have an easy suggestion: maybe looking at Alfa forums and give you opinions about some of the comments/questions there.
Lmfao 🤣 definitely out! Ooo that’s definitely a good idea!
i did most of these except the throttle controller, still unsure if i’d like it with my setup tho. Great content as always!
Honestly just try out the throttle controller, they’re really cool! Thank you!🙏🏽
love the mods you guys helped me when it came down to deciding what i wanted for my first mods
Awe man we’re so glad to hear that!
solid mod suggestions thx 👍
Glad you enjoyed!
Im currently spoiler-less, and I think imma need to get one. Great video thanks for the content!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Exhaust , intake and carbon everywhere done ! Just need a tune !
Squadra is the way to go 🤝
Could you link where to buy a scan? Definitely need to lay the ground work before I get the tune. List goes 1. Tune 2. Intake 3. Exhaust
Ooops forgot to link! Sorry, give me a few to get the links!

If you do an intake ideal is the way to go 🤝 exhaust is hard to do on smaller motors but there’s definitely some good options
@ModdedMotors yeah I have the v2 intake bro and totally loving it. 🤟🏽
Bless you and your whole family. ❤
Thank you so much 🙏🏽
Appreciate all your efforts here. TY
Appreciate you commenting! 🙌🏽
hope yall are enjoyiing the squdra tune! i think i will be getting one within the next month
Love my Squadra tune, wouldn’t trade it
I will eventually add all five mods listed, but I think my first upgrade is a strut bar. I feel too much body roll stock.
I have some in stock soon!
Appreciate the video. I’ve checked TC and spoilers on the Stelvio QV plus Madness sport lowering springs (to be installed) and good ole maintenance 👍🏽
I’m sure your Stelvio looks super good!
If you had to do it over again, would you still get the catless downpipe , keep the stock one or a high flow cat ?
Now with a better sounding exhaust I don’t mind, but probably a high flow if I had to do it again

Can you make a video about installing a vacuum controlled cutout exhaust valve?
I did an install of the exhaust I have; maybe if I do it for my Stelvio
Only mod I have for now is spoiler 😅 maybe exhaust coming in spring
Exhaust is definitely a must!
I drive with hand controls so I’ve been nervous to get the madness pedal commander
Honestly the throttle control is really cool! I know some people hate on it , but it’s a solid buy.
Which are the Proper lowering springs. I want the wheels tucked.
Madness 🤝
Lmaoo definitely not getting the throttle controller 😭
Lmfao 🤣 I was totally kidding with the crash , but yea definitely sketch
really wanna know the power difference between EC v4 and ideals intake
Not sure of the power difference, one definitely feels more thought out than the other
Vlogggggmass love these vids💯🤙
Appreciate the commitment coming back daily brotha 🤝
Thanks for your top 5 🍀
Anytime! Hopefully it was helpful!

i’ve loved all your recommendations so far
Appreciate you! Definitely a great start!
love the mod suggestions

Just got my first giulia
Congratulations! Welcome to the club!
Thank you guys ✅
about the throttle controller, do you think the initial lag when stepping on the accelerator is reduced?
Oh 1000% , there’s basically no lag now
Beautiful family brotha!
I appreciate that brotha!
Always informative…
Appreciate you brotha 🤝
Appreciate the video!!
Appreciate you tuning in!
hoping race mode is my next mod!
I’m hoping for you 🙌🏽
A maintenance video pls
Coming soon 🤝
Another video 🙌🏻
Hope you enjoyed it brotha!

Good stuff
