What I love about Taeyeon is that she is at the point of her career where she is just doing what she wants. The video may not match the peppy song, but she loves horror and that genre so maybe this is her version of Heaven? This is a nice easy going song that is a good pre-release before something more complex/heavy like "Weekend" was before "INVU". We are expecting a full album next so more songs and probably longer songs coming in a month or 2.
It reminds me of red velvet with the video sometimes being wildly different from the song, but it still works perfectly! I love that she loves horror, makes me love her more! Definitely looking forward to a full album, more songs, whatever she gives us!

I think her vocals are near perfection here. I know it isn't easy even for her, but Taeyeon is singing so freely and agile this song that it feels almost playful. And when you realize that she doesn't actually need any of these nowadays studio tricks to sound good or perfect you can appreciate her singing even more.
Love the way you interpret it. It's very insightful. And same as you, I wish it could be longer with the lengthened bridge, but I guess it's just a pre-single for her 4th full album and the ending of the MV might be a clue for a deeper story
Excited for the rest of the album to come! I know *sometimes* they put longer versions when the album comes out so that would be awesome - but I'll listen to whatever she tells me to listen to! Thank you for watching with me! ⛓️❤️⛓️
not a lot of people can appreciate her easy-going songs like Heaven, To. X, WDICY etc cause many people tends to the hard hitting, big high notes songs from her like she used to sing back then. so thank you so much for always loving my ult, our King Taeyeon.
