I agree the rheostat is extremely stiff and I concur that in adjusting the level you do unintentional loosen the battery cap and if you do it often enough and neglect to check the tightness the cap will eventually fall of in the middle of string of fire..as it happens to me
TC, I've had mine for about a month or so now. And the brightness adjustment loosened up noticeably; enough to work with, without worrying about accidental adjustments.
Good video im very interested in getting one. Been looking at the hollow sun 503 and 507 to run with an offset mount. But I’m very tempted to get one of these. Love the fact that you don’t need electronics.
So you didn’t tighten the battery cap enough and the illumination nob is tight enough not to wander, and that’s your complaint ? 🥴… Sounds like it’s nice. I’m getting the 3x version just because it’s so light. Will throw a QD mount under it and hopefully be happy as a pig in slop. The 3X has 1/4 MOA adjustments 😝.
Perfect timing lol. I was just looking at this optic earlier this evening. I have two of their optics now and really like them. Do you know what footprint the mount is? Thanks for the video!
I have a 3xAcss on my M90 and I love how I can see my hits on Paper at 28-50 yards through said Optic! Thank You for actually doing the Testing for Us!
Great video, the battery cap all you do is hold the illumination knob and tighten it with a coin, it will never come loose again.

Maybe a future model will correct these issues.
I decided to go with sig Romeo and juliet I'm having some doubts
Your opinion, qualitatively as resistance, could it also be used for military use?
10 years and counting in the Air Force and I can’t think of a situation where I wouldn’t feel comfortable using this optic.
Great review! Earned my sub!
si può usare con entrambi gli occhi aperti vedendolo comunque, o si mira solo con occhio destro?
Both eyes open
How would you compare it to the swamp fox blade? Thanks.
They don’t have many similarities besides they are both 1x. Swampfox will be releasing a micro prism very soon and I’ll be comparing them.
Where did you get the dust cover? Nice review, I want the 3x micro prism.
Thanks, I had access to a laser engraver at one point and I took advantage of it 😅
Looks like a good one 👍
I'm sold
Thanks for the video
Anytime Mr. Hall 👍🏻
the magnifier does not affect the hold over; it just magnifies what is seen coming from the optic.
That is what I wondered. If it changed to hold over's range values.

I haven’t had that experience with either of mine.
Still going strong? Try it with a magnifier?
Still going strong. And I've since paired it with the PA 3x magnifier. It's a great setup.

Just subscribed, good content, you still like the Blade 1x prism?
I do, if they could get the blade reticle in a micro prism around this size I would really love it.
Love the Cyclops, raptor x3 and the swampfox 1x8 arrowhead
That's the 3 I run and luv all 3

🤣 that’s not what I said. It comes with the battery pre installed and tight. After using it for a little while it loosens up.

Sorry that would be the mini acog footprint

I subbed bro!!! Been watching u for years!! Enjoyed your lever action videos backin the day! Convince me to get my marlin 3yrs ago....
I shoot this out to 400+ love that it has ranging in it
At just 1x or with a magnifier?
Solid test!
this is the best review on this optic.
I appreciate that!
Hate the ranging part , at low 1/3 you cant see backups .
I don’t run backups with prisms
I have astigmatism, for a 22lr rifle would you recommend the primary arms over the swampfox blade?
Yeah primarily just because of the weight saving.
@@TacticalCowboy89Better warranty too, correct?
this really is the best torture test on this optic.
Thank you I really appreciate it!
Enough eye relief for both eyes open?
Absolutely!
4 minute intro? What's wrong with you?
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@TacticalCowboy89 at least I can enjoy some self awareness
2 words: Merry 4th of July, friend 🇺🇸
1/4 Minute of angle click is better
Super cool music on the video...........
Sub'd, Sign me up for the giveaway. Hell I'll take the beat up one off your hands.

The whole made in China thing isn't a big deal these days. I have a Sony TV that costs 4,000 USD. Every iPhone ever made Is from China.
