Man that car is so solid. My first car was a 56 210 wagon and it was no where near that solid back in the mid 80s. Awesome work as always Master Jubee!
Great work! Sorry to see that the rust treatment on the inner quarter area was neglected by the instruction of the owner. Worthwhile treatment while it is apart.
@@aMAYSingMetalWorks if kleekos would stop you from making. You've got problems. And you want make it Bro . Obviously you don't understand how they work. Speed isn't always the key quality is the key to success. I've helped build quarter of a Mil Dollar cars SMH grasshopper I wish you well 👊👊
@ofnaguycarlwatts8602 i have built billion dollar planes and used kleekos for them. I have built 1/4 million dollar cars and not used them. I have built over 700 cars and not once used them. I understand what you mean but I am a different breed when it comes to building cars. Like I said thanks for the input but those are not practical my line of work.
I workeð in body shops sense 1976 i rèaĺly enjoyed watching someone do a job right great work its hard to find that nowadays i like how you took your time and fit the panel right before you started tacking anything that car was dry as a bone. First time i seen a tri 5 with rockers and floors that nice the inner rockers were perfect you never see that id love to find a rust free tri 5. Im going to subscribe to your channel. I dont know if you ever seen bellos kustoms on you tube but mike bello is 1 hell of a metal man what he does with sheet metal is great if you get a chance watch him
I agree Jeff, not sure what the motivation is behind that decision but if I had both sides open like that I would be drenching those inner panels with Ospho...
@@martinnormand7458Ospho is a liquid treatment that converts iron oxide (rust) to iron phosphate. Which will turn it black and stop the corrosion process. It’s a bit messy but works great.
Terrific work! Did you clean the inner area where the quarter panel goes on? It showed surface rust and dirt. I have a 57 Chevy sport coupe down here in Brazil.
excellent job!!
Good job 👍
Great job Son. As always. Very informative.

Man buy you some kleekos Much neater work than screws.good job 👊👊
@ofnaguycarlwatts8602 if I spent time doing kleekos wouldn't make any money. I can do it with out them twice as fast and twice as clean. Thanks though

Why wouldn't he want to Ospho the rust to get rid of it? That's just crazy of him.

Familiar with media blasting and metal treatment but never heard the term “Ospho”, some type of metal treatment?

@@martinnormand7458 it's an acid that eats rust. Most times it will completely eliminate it and protect the base metal from rusting anymore.

the top of the tailfin is the same shape on the 57s its the holes thats not the best quarter stamping
So the owner rejected the rust treatment of the inner quarter... 😢
