Great vid. Another easy trick is to back out the idle adjusting screws and use the shank of a drill bit as a feeler gauge (usually around .040"+-) and adjust the cables to suit, it gives a real good starting point
Take that fuel filter off, as it’s a gravity fed system, you don’t know if it’s restricting flow over time causing a lean condition, unless you constantly do plug chops. It already has a screen in the tank for that purpose.
Great video! Do these procedures work with Raptor 660? It would be awesome if you could make a video about synchronizing/tuning carbs for a raptor 660. Your videos always have plenty of helpful information and tips. Keep up the great work!

Dave 2001 ehm, I don’t think so. The 660 carbs look like butterfly carbs whereas the banshee is a slide carb.
Thank you very much for making these vids!!!!!!! I have and still do order parts from RMATV! Awesome..
You guys need a carb syn tool that way it's pulling the same amount of air for sure
Is there a reason you start with the right instead of the left?
What size jets are you using with the fmf pipe system?
Want to get lectron carbs for stock set up what some other components I need for it

@John Tripp depends on altitude. 290 to 310 mains and 27.5 to 30 pilots. needles set in the middle position and air screws roughly 2 turns out.
does the main jet always have to be the same?
Main jet has to be the same on both carbs
Is the white banshee the one with the QA topend kit?
Yes it is.
