What if you recut shrek 3 and 4? Like a fan edit of the source material that improves on scenes. Or bigger, I'm sure there are fan rewrites of dialogue and sequences, or finding old drafts of the story and iterating on them, imagine if we as a community FIXED shrek 3 by retelling it. That would truly be a retelling

If you were ever to retell the other films I would be fine with you rewriting Shrek 3, happy even (it's horrible) But I, and most likely many others would not want a complete rewrite of Shrek Fourever After. I genuinely love that film and find it alsmost as good as Shrek 1. (RANKING:2-1-4-3)(VERY large gap between 4 and 3)
