Fun fact: The main villain (0:55 this guy) is played by the German voice actor Mario Gavrilis (motion capture and voice acting). He is the German voice for Okabe Rintarou from Steins;Gate, Reiner from Attack on Titan, Dio from JoJo, Katakuri from One Piece, Kyogai from Demon Slayer, Michael Gray from Peaky Blinders, and Donkey Kong Form the Super Mario Bros. movie.
Oh my god I did not know that was Troy Baker! I couldn’t hear his voice at all. It just sounded like Harrison. I mean I knew it probably wasn’t actually Harrison Ford but I never expected it to be Troy Baker. He sounds so good!
Have the Blind Wave guys ever played Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis? That was a classic game. EDIT: Apparently Rick has played it. Maybe Aaron should do a play-through of Fate of Atlantis.
I‘m glad the Germans are played by actual Germans. For me as a nativ German speaker, it‘s always sounds cringy when American actors try to pronounce German words.
@@craig2196it‘s not rude or offensive, you just notice it and it pulls you out of the immersion. I have nothing against the accent, it just bothers me when the pronunciation is of German words is way off.
I understand what you mean, but I also chuckled a little at the idea of you being like "Ah, yes. The Nazis are accurately portrayed as German. Very good." 😂
The cinematics look awsome. Feels like an actual Indiana Jones movie. I’m still not sold on the gameplay though. Haven’t seen a lot but the gameplay looks a bit generic and clunky. I don’t know how I feel about the first person perspective. If this were Uncharted I feel like we would’ve played through that boat falling sequence, not just watch a cutscene.
Fate of Atlantis was a great game! Wish they could take the storyline from that and make it into a modern game like this one. This new game looks a bit like Uncharted. U-Boat hanging over a cliff?
Me too, but if they get Wolfgang Pampel (the iconic German dubbing voice of Harrison Ford) for the game I could be tempted to make a second playthrough with the German dub. EDIT: Just watched the German trailer for the game. No Wolfgang Pampel. Indy is voiced by the guy who dubbed Alden Ehrenreich in Solo: A Star Wars Story. 🙁
It’s so conflicting😅 I want a single player game with a great narrative, love open world games but some good on-the-rails is extremely welcome… that being said, if it is on-the-rails as I wish, it will probably have maximum of 6 hours of straight up gameplay… just can’t bring my self to pay 70gobblegoobs for a game that is essentialy a long movie… which is what I want 💀🤣
An open world game wouldn’t work as well because that either means it’s 1 very large location, or several very small locations. A linear story works best with adventure games like these.
@@TheRealBillixI agree with the other person. When I'm playing an Indiana Jones game, I want to see Indiana Jones. Not feel like I'm a camera with two floating arms and only see Indy when the camera switches for cutscenes
@@joevictor53 Yup. Pretty much how I feel. For me I feel disconnected when I play first person games. You described it so perfectly “a camera with two floating arms”.

Nice Info danke. Wusste ich nicht :D
Donkey Kong in Mario Movie was Seth Rogan, or you mean german voice?
This legit looks super fun and feels like Indi. I am here for it. Troy Baker killing that Harrison Ford voice impersonation!!!!!
think this is the first time I've been interested in Indiana Jones since The Last Crusade

@@JKBlackCloveryeah usually I can tell if it’s Troy right off the bat but he’s legitimately doing a good job with his voice in this
Troy the goat
Nah it dont look fun and troy baker ruined it.
These past few days blind wave gaming has put out more content then in months i think lol.
Troy Baker's Harrison Ford voice is great.

Where's the Expedition 33 trailer reaction!? Sooo good.
It was in their podcast a couple of days ago.

It’s part of the charm
How come other languages get to shit on bad accents, But when English speakers do it it's considered rude and offensive?

Hope you guys react to South of Midnight and Mixtape as well! 😊
Machine Games is a great choice for this, because they know how to do nazis right, they've had training with Wolfenstein
I love that they keep finding ways to beat up Nazis
Reminds me of the Riddick games. 👍
This looks like they plucked this out of George's brain, and Troy Baker really does an aces Harrison Ford impression
Even tho I'm German I will definitely play this on english

This looks really cool. Do kinda wish it was in third person like Uncharted but understand why they did it
Bring on the snakes!
The arcade game is NOT bad. What!? Great game. And I’m fortunate enough to own an original.
This needs to start a game series like Batman Arkham series did!
After “Master of None” and now “Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent”, Alessandra Mastronardi will always have my attention
hey Rick, 2010's Joaquin Phoenix called, he wants he's looks back
Joaquin wishes he could pull it off as well as Rick
This would be an instant buy for me if it wasn’t in first person POV.
You get nausea? Or just hate immersion?😅
@@TheRealBillix lol I just think first person games are extremely clunky to play. I don’t find them any more immersive than third person.

NO DIABLO CINEMATIC? SERIOUSLY?
Coming to ps5 ❤🎉
In the spring of 2025. So everyone gets to experience Indy. :)
There's a severe shortage of Elden Ring on this here channel 🤔
Are people that unaware that they live their life in First Person?
S.T.A.L.K.E.R reaction???
A lot better than the recent movie that came out
