Nice technique. I'm not sure about putting that "blur" effect in there on the water though. I might try taking a picture of some water ripples, place that layer on top, set the blending-mode to Soft Light, and then just fine -tune and adjust from there.

Idk why but when you flip the layer vertical, the mask flips too, not like the video ( 0:29 )
