As far as I know, Royal Enfield Himalayan is better motorcycle for touring in terms of comfort. Hero Xpulse 200 is more into off roading. Also, it depends on your comfort level.
Also, because of New RE Himalayan 450, many Himalayan 411 owners are selling out motorcycles because of upgrade. So, you can buy good pre-owned Himalayan 411. Just get checked motorcycle from your mechanic.
