Completely agree..but nothing can... North East is probably the most beautiful regions of India, If you're looking for a place to relax and connect to yourself,Seven sister states is the place to be..
And this is coming from someone whose not even from North East.I'm from Uttrakhand and has seen some of the best the state has to offer and then some, but the NE has a different charm a calmness in the wind.

Visit Assam on Bihu celebration ...you will get to eat that pitha..and the song is our " Jatiyo Hongit" i.e State song of Assam. You will find diversity here as much as in the entire India..the different outfits the woman were wearing in this video represents the different traditional dress of different Assamese community within Assam ..XX

I’ve been to Assam just 2 months ago and as a tourist I feel this video is perfect to describe the entire experience of that place. So peaceful and beautiful! Great reaction. As a South Indian we don’t really know that much about east India and it was a very mystic and serene trip!!!!! Now I’m not in India and seriously missing my home country so thanks for this memory trip guys!

North-East India is a very much diverse culturally. The people you have seen dancing and acting, with some bright coloured masks, are actually playing "Bhaona". These are the plays written by "Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev" in the early sixteenth century, contemporaneous to Shakespeare (even might before him), in Assam. And we are really blessed with these.
The one-horned rhinoceros shown here is largely found in the "Kaziranga National Park" to which every year many International tourists come to visit.
And many more, from beautiful tea gardens to wonderful handloom silk materials.... 💕💕

I really missing Assam. M born and brought up in Assam. It's so peaceful. And the people are very friendly. It's in north east side of India. Best time to visit is during Durga puja. Festivities all around.

Assam is part of 7 states that make up the north East reagion of India and let me tell you it's breathtakingly gorgeous. I have visited a few places there and it's just so pure and serene. It's not yet much touched by technology and humanity.
Our fellow Indians who live in those areas are amazing and warm. From rock nights in bars to beautiful untouched natural beauty, it's just an experience I believe one should have in their lives
