I dealt with loss young also and metaphorically stole people's mums. It's only now that I'm grown that I know it was a coping mechanism. Prior to this realisation I would say the loss didn't affect me much at all.

I needed this so much fr! Been fighting birthday anxieties since 2020, this year has been very worse, I have been feeling like shit since the beginning of this month which is my birth month, no achievement or whatever

this is the first time I’ve ever heard denola’s voice i usually just see his pictures and videos but never heard the voice and i must say he’s very deep and wise, like an old soul!! And toke definitely has to give us tips to having amazing and real friends like the ones she’s got…. My only request TM is that you upload these podcasts on various podcast apps especially Apple Podcast not just on TH-cam so we could listen while getting other things done on our phones because just like every other video on TH-cam, it stops once you leave the TH-cam App so please consider this request thank you.
