Omo!!! This is the best, deepest, most real episode so far!! Abeg ...Let's celebrate Dr Foy!! He changed the atmosphere completely!! No nonsense talk. I was even surprised by Nedu's take and opinions sometimes like that prayer part. Ha!! What God cannot do, does not exist. I love love love it!! Well done Honest Bunch!!! Let's bring more guest like this ooo
i was surprised too but then it made me understand that everybody acknowledges God even if they are not really bold or don't act like they do. I love them all
Dr. Foy thank you so much for sharing.... We need to sow the seed, let create good moral content to inform this kids, then leave them to later make their choices, you have done your part as a parents.
I have been on this podcast since season 1. I can boldly say i always come here to LEARN every monday. There's always something to LEARN. Kudos to everyone on this podcast. Nedu, husband material, and everybody thank you.
Very intelligent guest! If there is really gonna be a part 2, I wouldn’t mind him coming back! He really added insight to this topic. Nedu was spitting words of wisdom today as well👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The best episode so far. This doc is very intelligent. Weldone Nedu. Let's all in our own way, be vocal about these ills in our society, let's create our own pure content, and gradually win back the conscience of Nigeria.
I can relate so much to seeds of a parent. As an orphan, there is this grace that still abounds with me, and i know for a fact that i am reaping the good deeds of my late parents. For when I lack anything, I do not worry so much, I believe help will come and it always comes. beautiful podcast by the way.
Tobechukwu is really making sense. God bless you my brother. Influence comes from all angles and we need to thoroughly look at every angle. If the church doesn't preach material possessions as success then members won't embrace it. As a counselor, the family has badly influenced many young people. No fathers or mother probe what their son brings home anymore. This conversation is just a blessing.
One of my BEST episodes thus far. You all nailed it. Dr Foy is very sound and loaded with knowledge. Please bring him on the show again and again, if possible.
That feeling of hopelessness and discouragement that envelops you after watching and analyzing all that has been deliberated upon in this video, and accepting that it is indeed true!!! As a parent I fear for my kids, knowing that there is a limit to how much I can impact them before they hit Adolescence and begin to question everything they have been taught and make sense of things that you deliberately hid from them just as Dr, Foy said: *Gatekeeping*
Yes oh, Mr. Nedu it is only prayer that we can give to our children. My mom use to get very sad that she could not pay our school fees and take some responsibilities on us but she takes us to church and pray at home and all. But my point is that throughout my journey in life na God wey my mama give me dey carry me dey go.
I really do like this podcast and watch every Monday. I feel like I would like to hear from a point a view that is younger and more gen z like. The conversations can be very one sided and I think this would provide more versatility and better conversation. It feels like i’m watching my aunts and uncles perception on how young people are this day and age, and I actually want to hear from a young person with more of a progressive mindset.
Well, It's a matter of right from wrong.values doesn't differ with age. What is wrong from the older generation cannot just become right because we are the "younger generation" or "(gen z)" because whatever age you are, we all still share the same truth no matter how you want to diversity or polish the ideas or reasons we have for them.
This is a very interesting topic and it needs a part 2. The guest is so knowledgeable, and i see him become a BIG TIME consultant. I hope we have people who watch this episode and have a change of lifestyle. We all have a seed planted, and we can make better and healthier choices.
I remember growing up my mother will always tell me that bad things don’t favor people from our lineage and that saying always stick in my head. I will always tell people that sorry I can’t do bad that if everyone escape and only one person was caught, I will be that one. I think when you speak authority into your children, it do stick somewhere in their life
Thank you. Growing up in the kind of home i had, an honest living was the only way possible. There was no way any child would turn out an olosho or yahoo boy and its not as if my parents were millionaires. The only thing we were guaranteed as kids was food and school fees. However we were taught to work honestly and legitimately for things we wanted. This generation of kids out there suffer from low self esteem thats why they are easily influenced by nonsense its really sad to see the regression of society. Imagine the kind of children they will raise smh.
More of similar topic is needed in every platform....... Kudos guys And in addition to Chinedu submission........ Psychological talks or advice from Mother are very great tactics especially early in the morning .......... Words that will keep ringing in child's brain wherever he /she goes....
Wow! I'm blown away 💃this is loaded and rehabilitating podcast, we cant wait for a part 2.... kudos to everyone and for the guest speaker Dr foy may God continue to increase your wisdom, knowledge and understanding 🙏
Really loved that speakers insisted on finishing their sentences before they get cut off A lot of times, it's difficult to get the point of the speaker because another person feels their opinion is superior All in all, an amazing conversation that can be sumed up with Train up a child in the way that he should go.... Thank you
Dr Foy is amazing and intelligent and a good person. People don’t know the damage US/UK have done to Africans especially Nigerian. That aside, wickedness is on the increase. Parents don’t even ask their under 20 kids how they get the flashy things they use. Girls don’t want to suffer being with a man like their dad. Men just want to leave their parents house just because he wants to get freedom to bring different ladies home and not leaving responsibilities
Great topic guys! Dr Foy was engaging and elevated the conversation. Nedu nearly derailed the discussion today. He is an atarodo to the show. Sometimes it flavourful other times it upsets the stomach. As a 3 month old subscriber, I believe I’ve heard almost all Nedu’s anecdotal tales and his life experiences. Nedu should not make the show about himself. Let the other panelists speak too. I bet they have meaningful contributions. But it’s stifled when he is constantly “jumping in”. Else name the show “Nedu & the honest bunch” show. Ezinne seems to be the only panellist barely able to squeeze in her contributions edgewise, when Nedu is on a roll. Husband material (HB) is doing a great job of gently redirecting and summarising points made. He is able to move the discussion along by asking good leading questions. Keep doing that HB. HB need to be more forceful in cutting people off (especially Nedu), when they start to digress from the main topic. Have a timer for 5 minutes within view. Once there’s too much “I, my , me “…in the sentence just be like “sorry, but I would have to stop you there as we are out of time”. Nedu should practice active listening. There are many resources online. It will be more helpful if he shared a personal story as a basis of an inquiry as to how similar/common a take or dissimilar a take it is from your guest’s experience. Stop listening to share a “one-up” take. My eye are really sore from rolling them up and mouthing“here he goes again…”
I’ve being a fan of honest bunch from day 1 and I’ve watched every podcast from season 1 till date I’m so happy for the growth that have being depicted in the journey from then till now, today episode is the best so far Dr foy is an intellectual grounded young man who have exposed several realities without sentiments in his opinion topics like this will need more than an episode big ups to nedu, sweet voice toun, husband material and other colleagues you all spoke well I applaud you all for that 👏👏👏
I think you can't choose who your children will meet or influence they gets, But I think you can choose where they finds their friends and influences. Today's discussion is a bomb...
I'm more than happy to invest my data on these conversations! Thank you very much... Many of you spoke my mind; the government will be at the backseat of whom to blame for our social woes and decadence.
Loved this Doctor's views. We live in an oppressive and ostentatious society. The "survival" mentality has pushed people to do unimaginable things, just to measure up. Ask an average Nigerian why he/she started or wants to start a business, the response(s) will tell you what is wrong with our society.
I love this Dr McFoy, he's an intelligent thinker and very cerebral.. Kudos to the honest bunch, glad to see it's not just gist and gossip as usual but some intellectually stimulating discourse.
Thank you Ezinne for coming on board, your presence so far has spiced the show in many ways. Dr. Tochukwu I wish you come back again to the show, listening to you has been so enlightening. Daalu nwanne mmadu.
Maine, I no fit lie. I asked my younger sister about Mr Nedu. I use Mr to his title because he has shown he and indeed the entire honest bunch are aware, caring and pocess great training. I've lived in Yankee since 99. This one of the great things that will bring me home. Kudos, thank you and God bless all of you. Especially the beautiful women that represent your program and Naija indeed. Being in South Carolina and seeing what work you do. Una do well. Make sure you read this one Mr.Nedu. oooooo
I so much enjoyed this episode of the podcast, I learnt alot. Dr Foy is so intelligent, Nedu was so serious on this one and gave intelligent submissions too.. Ezinne's analogy on sneaky prostitutes and the ones standing on the road doesn't make sense at all, where is the dignity there? They re all prostitutes and just like beautiful Toun said the ones standing on the road don't have anything to lose ... In summary I will say thank you to the honest bunch for this wonderful episode.
Brooooo. This episode has to be the best yet... It was indeed an Intellegent conversation... And i must commend the team for putting this episode together... Please more and more episodes like this... T for thanks....
Foy is the best guest this show has had till now (in my opinion oo). May God bless Foy and the rest of the crew (especially Nedu) for educating and telling the truths of what is really wrong with our country. I patiently watched and listened to this podcast, and it's very educative and very diluted. i can't even explain how i feel about this. welldone guys. THIS IS A 100%
To me,This is undeniably the most THOUGHT PROVOKING topic on this Podcast!!!....I enjoy and related to every contribution....Dr. Foy Welldone you did very well....
This is.a very informative conversation. Influence can be controlled. That is where the government comes in (if they chose to be disciplined). All that needs to be done is to define the values that are wanted and promoted in the country, then make it into law that companies must use only citizens who have such values as their ambassadors (be it on social media or otherwise). Identify what makes people dabble into the things they do, you will realize just has many of you mentioned, it is caused by poverty. Should citizens be getting financials or other beneficial reward, for behaving positively, then we would a saner, progressive and appreciated society.
It was amazing to listen and gain such depth of knowledge from everyone that spoke but honestly that point that Ezinee made at the end, I stand with her on that. When you want to do something, do it with your full chest and not hiding behind closed doors. It’s better to be a prostitue on the road and own it, than to be a ‘runs girl’ behind closed doors and be claiming you got money from your “9 to 5”
Thanks to all speakers for the educative nuggets all through the podcast. Nedu your speech about spirituality fascinates me. Can you recommend a book on spirituality.
This is one of the MOST INTELLIGENT, intellectually sound guests this show has ever had. Please bring more people like this. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Omo!!! This is the best, deepest, most real episode so far!! Abeg ...Let's celebrate Dr Foy!! He changed the atmosphere completely!! No nonsense talk. As usual, the honest bunch never disappoints...
Thanks for always opening our minds to important things every week guys!! God bless❤
I noticed that with Netflix since early last year. They always found a way to infuse Gay act into their movies even if it’s just waka pass
'The diversity trap'
I think you can't choose who your children will meet or influence they gets, But I think you can choose where they finds their friends and influences.
Today's discussion is a bomb...
I must applaud the honest bunch.
I'm just half way in the podcast, yet I'm learning to retrace my steps.
In other words.

This Dr. Foy is supper smart.
Dude thinks out of the box and still stays in context. He practically feed the panel on this topic. Wow!!!!
Not gon’ lie, this is the best episode ever on this podcast. It is just everything Fr 💯

They re all prostitutes and just like beautiful Toun said the ones standing on the road don't have anything to lose ... In summary I will say thank you to the honest bunch for this wonderful episode.
Pls keep bringing people like this on the show not celeb that are shout on top matter we need more intellectual people
Brooooo. This episode has to be the best yet... It was indeed an Intellegent conversation... And i must commend the team for putting this episode together... Please more and more episodes like this... T for thanks....
Well done guys, this discussion was the best. Please part 2. Discipline is also a factor. Let’s discuss that too.
One thing I love about oga nedu is that he always have ideas.. either from personal experience or from peer group experience.....
Foy is the best guest this show has had till now (in my opinion oo). May God bless Foy and the rest of the crew (especially Nedu) for educating and telling the truths of what is really wrong with our country. May God guide and help us to become better people so that Nigeria as a whole can get better.
I feel like the four factors listed here as elements that are impacting society today (religion, society ethics, culture and social media) each need an episode so that we can deep dive into these details, it is a great opportunity to educate…good job guys👏🏽👏🏽
After a long time of looking and passing over, I finally subscribed, this is true gospel.....! Thanks guys, you are amazing.!
The best podcast in the nation that talk about the relevant things that needs to be talked about..... This guest is so well spoken👏👏👏
I think this podcast is the realest ever....very educating
Am inlove with this topic, I can only wish we all can put our hands together to save our dear country NIGERIA…we know what is wrong but unfortunately because of greed we just keep doing it forgetting that our children will live to suffer from it
This is like my first comment since I started watching...I must say,you guys are building and rebranding humans..thumbs up.
I waited and I did not regret waiting. So much insight here.
Great job guys
This episode is full of energy
But don't go for the simple answer
Kudos to all in on this episode
This is so very insightful. Please we need part 2 with same guest.
I understand what Ezinne is saying about policing your family. So many parents in the past has tried the strict way and religious was. It doesn’t work. Parenting is an intentional everyday work of first getting through to your child through empathy and compassion. Be friends with them and pray just as Nedu said. The world out there is dangerous and having both parents working and raising kids creates a porous loophole in raising a child. It’s will take sacrifice and endless days of worrying and figuring what will work but it will be good at the end of the day.
Great conversation
This has to be the most valuable episode I've seen here so far. So much insight!
Thanks to the honest bunch behind the scenes team
You guys are also amazing
Amazing topic. You guys are doing very well. I learnt a whole lot from this episode as a father. Special regards to your guest DR FOY

Yeah Ezinne kept interrupting, she needs to know when to come in a conversation not cut someone in the middle of dia thought
Patiently waiting for the part 2 what a good one
This guy is amazing 😻… please bring this guy again and again
