This interview has convinced me that now in my early 20's I should not be in a hurry to make certain things happen. I am a corper, I write and market for people on digital platforms but I don't have a human hair, my hair stylist told me last week that I should get a hair that it would make people respect me, I laughed and told her that she doesn't know me that well and people still respect me with my braids. I'm not saying I don't want the hair but I wouldn't pressure myself to get it now but I'll have it when it's time.

I truly understand what Lily said she being single because everyone thinks she is not single. Story of my life. They’ll say how Can a fine girl like you be single? 😅 The pressure thing to get validated is totally understandable. I don’t get pressured myself sha . I get things because I really think I need them especially to look more beautiful except it’s impulse buying (beautiful fabrics are my triggers). Lily saying she bleached and doesn’t look the same cracked me up😂. Truth is dating now is crazy. Unbothered is the best approach to dating now. Like lily said, we are Christians and when God says it’s time, it will be time indeed! I am at a point where I tell God if you don’t tell me beyond reasonable doubt to go into relationship, I won’t.
