Was nice to see you and your store again, I make it when I come visit my son, we made it again this year lol. Still looking for a chainsaw strat case. Keep up the good work Dane. 👍 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸
Zim, it would be wicked to see more guitars with locking tuners restring on the show. Very interested on what your feelings are regarding them as well 👌👌
Thank for answering my call, sad the guitar was sold I bet you will have just what I want when I come thru your way. Hopefully you will have some time to jam I was in many band mainly sang and played harmonica. my cousin was recently entered into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Best wishes ! I like it when you talk thru videos and look forward to meeting you, I will call first!
for trem guitars using 9 to 40 or 42 gauge strings usually works for me you usually don't have to mess with the claw just saying that cause it might save some time oh yeah that guitar is pretty sweet gotta get a gem i'm writing a novel with this annoying comment LOL i usually set action to these numbers 5/64ths on bass side and 3/64ths on treble side measured at 12th fret with a tiny bit of relief usually on LP type bridges if you noticed there is a pattern you see where the saddles are set at using the numbers above you'll probably have all strings intonated or pretty darn close just thought that it might save you a step or two oh yeah when i was a kid this guitar store guy would chase me out all the time i was like maybe 9 or 10 now i'm one of his customers funny ay bye cranky guitar store owner LMAO
Sucks about the dropped guitar. A good friend of mine owned a music store and I remember he had a Dean Markley Spectra 225 amp that sounded very good. I wish I bought it. They made tube amp heads and combos too.
Great job setting this nice ibanez guitar up for sure. its in beautiful shape for sure. this floyd rose stuff has no appeal to me. im a Les Paul and strat player. this stuff is micky mouse to me setting it up but you know your stuff on these. great video thanks for sharing
Dean Markley is still in business; but much like PRS strings, they don't tell you which string is which anymore, so they're kinda useless to gigging musicians....
String all floyd’s in reverse! Ball end at the head stock!
“You don’t want any of that earwax on your fretboard….”
(Pauses to reflect)
“Grody - right?”
😂
Ibanez is just bad ass.... I really want the black with the green. Looks sweet!!!

Thank you so much I were searching this kind of video for Jem jer ibanez guitar with the same bridge setting
Glad it was helpful!
Love these guitars. These yellow ones have spiked in price because they’re no longer in production.

i usually set action to these numbers
5/64ths on bass side and 3/64ths on treble side measured at 12th fret
with a tiny bit of relief
usually on LP type bridges if you noticed there is a pattern you see where the saddles are set at
using the numbers above you'll probably have all strings intonated or pretty darn close
just thought that it might save you a step or two
oh yeah when i was a kid this guitar store guy would chase me out all the time i was like maybe 9 or 10
now i'm one of his customers funny ay

A shop owner I know is aging. He gets a guitar down for me and hits it. Each one he hits. Ouch, do we tell him? Too old. Maybe...

Thanks a lot!
I bought that guitar from you 😊
I bet Ryan got a shirt😂
jems are best selling signatures theyre no1 coz the les paul is technically not signature
That one has a nice far fretboard on it, it must be a few years old because the newer ones have some ugly ashy looking fretboards.
Kids don't mess with Dane The Destroyer 😅
Well Dane, today's yute just don't want to take responsibility for their actions.
But I've been using earwax for ears...👍
Skeletor restrings an Ibanez
