found one of these in the uk bought it and doing some jobs on it as it had been standing a while too its the same colour as this one and same interior am hopeing to get it finished next couple of months ive got it up and running now fuel pump had gone so mostly tidying up etc now id say its poss the only one in the uk and milage is showing 35000 ish so low miles have a lot of the origanal paper work with it too and service stamps till 30000 m its not too bad for an almost 30 year van
bigfoots were awesome, ive seen quite a few and their owners arent willing to sell them. this was a lets see how they sell thing and the response was crazy. if i found one i would do everything to restore it to original where i could. im converting my 95 eco to a camper, just wish i had the hi top but its all good. this thing in its condition should easily grab 10 to 15 k. this is van life before it became a thing.
If that's a 5.4 liter engine, it's a Triton V8. A 351 is 5 8 liters and a totally different engine. The 351 was used through '96, and the 5.4 Triton beginning in '97. And the Triton V10 is 6.8 liters and is not the same as a 460, which is a 7.5 liter V8. (My 2002 Ford E350 van has a 6.8 Triton V10 with 244,000 miles.)
The 5.4 was known for spitting out spark plugs due to the head materials. I ended up with a kit that drills, taps, and inserts Heli coil off ebay, sold the truck but still have the kit if any 5.4 owners out there need one.. Love this truck, first thing I'd do is full spark plug replacement.
@@Wernotfree "V10" means a ten cylinder engine arranged in two banks of five cylinders per each side of the "V." (A V8 has eight cylinders arranged in two banks of four cylinders each.)
Where can I get one of those Vans? I have been living with my dog in a Nissan Altima for the past 3 years, I can t live like this anymore. Anybody out there know how much these Bigfoot vans cost and where I can get one? Please help me and my dog out.
I bought a GulfStream BT Cruiser, I thought it was small enough & large enough, easy to drive blah blah blah... I see THIS and I realize I bought the WRONG Class B. THIS BIG FOOT is EXACTLY what I would have wanted, EVERYTHING is in it, wow. Wanta trade?
Alex, ultra cool retro van. Just wanted to let you know there is no such thing as an R value in the RV market. They are only cold and hot weather test proven.
@@randybobandy9828 there is insulation but the rv industry doesn't do any R value. When you hear a sales person talk about it then you know you are getting rip off
Probably the reason you had a hard time turning the seat around because we were doing it the way most people wouldn't because you were trying to demonstrate it you turn it around the other way counterclockwise not clockwise
Airstream b190 has way more room. B190 also has a higher roof and bigger toilet area. The toilet in this thing looks unusable. It also looks like it's on a E250 chassis b190 is on E350 chassis. It would have been nice if this guy said what chassis it was mounted on but I take it he don't even know. Still a nice looking Class B
I own one...E 350 chassis,V8 351 smooth running powerhouse, family and I use toilet, shower in bathroom no problem...Ive owned the dodge road trek, never again, nothing but leaks and mech problems...Everyone I've met on my travels say they wish they could find a Bigfoot after they see my rig
@@seewindy1495 i just got one and going through it slowly love any info you have on them as only the info ive found on the net and thats not a lot i cant join the bigfoot owners international as im in the uk and so it wont let me join lol i dont know of any othersin the uk but maybe another tucked away somewhere , basicly its an econoline 350 with 351 in it so im going on that for most things replaced fuel pump on it but afraid droping the tank isnot an option due to them instaling another tank alongside the fuel tank cant acess the hanger bolts etc trying to sort a few other jobs out too as its been standing some time
Nice to see you giving this rare gem the respect it deserves by taking your shoes off.
Unicorn indeed. That darling is in _beautiful_ condition!
Wow, what a gem!!

I had one put on mine in SLC. So nice to stand up. All the difference in the world.

What does V10 mean exactly?
That it can pull more?

that’s so awesome! i was fortunate enough to find a 96 pleasure way stw
That is a beautiful van. Looks like it combines van life with trailer life. The best of both worlds. And not just Sammy Hagar knows what that's worth.
How much did you sell it for? Curious
Groovy rig! its amazing how well vans like this hold their value.
Crazy seeing a van with a working bathroom 😲
This is my dream home on the road awesome.
How well is it insulated?
Arctic Fox is another obscure brand with incredible workmanship and quality.
Can you back up just a tad when you are taping? where would someone find something like this to buy?

That's the rare Ford Campervan with the table in the back instead of the toilet and shower, that way you can put a full size bed there.
Very nice in side big foot

I wonder if they come with a 7.3 turbo diesel?
So nice!
Wow! Lots of room. Almost like a modern semi-tractor.
Id buy it.
Love it!

Hi dude
WAIT..... you said something about keeping van cool in summer. ..???
The layout is funky but shower is nice. I like my pleasureway better I think
Just saying, I thought I recognized the area you did the video at. That looks like the back side of Eastport Plaza.
They don’t make ‘em like that anymore 😢 survivor kept nice TLC

Another cutting board
They put no lock on the sewer hose ain’t nobody wants that.😂😂😂
How much 😢
5.8L.
how well can the bigfoot stand up to a cordinated bear attack in the national forests?
5.8 L not 5.4 and the 460 was an eight cylinder 7.4 L!
👍👍👍👍👍
sad. Rip.
Why do you say that?
👋👍🎄
How much 😡
The freezer doesn't hold ice cream maybe get someone else due these videos dude your lost
Wrong 5.4L is not a 351 a 5.8L is, I know cause I have one and I'm a mechanic.
Never buy a 5.4 Triton. Ford made them in the early 2000s. They grenade themselves..
Again I'm tired of you saying again
Cool van camera work and commentary is trash.
Да именно этот микроавтобус мне нравиться. Отлично продумано да и вообще само модель отличная. Достойная уважения
Why dont these u tubers get someone to do the camera work instead of trying to fo stuff with one hand. Really irritating .
