    been doing these last month and a half and feels great , sometimes do a mix of jump and pogos and the squats too :)
    what kinda splits do you do with atheltes , full body or body part splits like upper and lower or like dynamic effort upper with lower body strength etc ?

    Coach Miller, have you noticed an impact on the finish in the 2nd pull of the snatch and clean, or the drive in the jerk with a similar training method? Is this more for creating hops than a powerful and explosive hip... are they one in the same (hops and hips)?

      I have seen lifts focusing on the snatch/clean and jerk have a similar impact. We often see HUGE results when using those lifts as potentiators. Hops = hip and knee extension organization! I hope this helps.

    You can go 95 or 90 % on contrast to failure? Or you leave reps to the tank?

      We usually split up the week into 2 upper body and lower body days with a dynamic/mobile athlete day in between. Hope that helps 👍
