The Secret Garden of 1 Utama is a 30,000 sq ft rooftop garden located on the rooftop of 1 Utama shopping mall in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one of the largest rooftop gardens in the world and is home to 500 species of rare and tropical plants. The garden was developed in secret for five years before it was opened for public viewing on May 25, 2009. The garden is a popular tourist attraction and is meticulously nurtured by a team of renowned botanists.
If you’re interested in visiting the Secret Garden, it is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The garden is accessible via public transport, with the number 780 bus from Brickfields Asia College near KL Sentral as far as the 1 Utama New Wing.
A popular tourist attraction is the Secret Garden, an elaborate showcase of 500 species of exotic flora. Each plant is specially created on a bed of bio-carbon soil and meticulously nurtured by a team of renowned botanists.
