I've been to about 100 concerts in my life, but I have NEVER cried like I did when Disturbed played that song. On big screens, they superimposed photos. So many people who had already passed away. Grandparents. Fathers. Mothers. Childrens. Newborns. David and the band create an emotional bond between thousands of strangers. I hugged my girlfriend and just cried. There were many people around us doing the same. The concerts are truly unique.
Just saw Disturbed earlier this month at Rockville in Daytona Beach (I’m a granny and went with my granny friend) and these guys are so amazing live! Many were singing along…would love to see them at a smaller venue. Keep up the awesome work 2RGs!!😉🤘🏻
My brother asked my mom to play this at our grandfather's funeral. Cried like a baby then and crying again now. He passed very suddenly after just starting to get better from a long-term decline two years ago. Memories are all we have once someone we love is gone.

I myself have had the pleasure to be in attendance at a Disturbed live concert and I can tell you that David Draiman is as much of a good human as he is a good singer. There are very few people known to me on this Earth who earned as much of my respect as David did.

Whenever I hear this song I think of my dog. Had him for 10 years. Was more of a brother to me than my actual brother was at the time. Still think about him every day.
I love how Disturbed can make me feel emotions from both sides of the spectrum with ease; sad and tearing up to empowered and feel like I'm on top of the world. They really are an incredible band full of incredible talent and they're all incredible people with awesome stories of their lives. They are just as good live as in albums. They're the real deal and are still undervalued and discounted.
I heard this song on the way to work right after my grandmother passed. It broke me. Completely crippled me. Up to that point i had kept a stoic strong face and this song opened to door to feel what i needed to feel.

When this album and song came out, it was just after another friend had passed away suddenly and it was.....extra emotional. When I saw them live a few years ago, there wasn't a dry eye in that entire stadium. They came out from the main stage onto a smaller stage in the center of the floor audience, completely with candles and such, and played this and a couple of other songs. It was beyond moving. It still is. I'm not sure if you're feeling up for another one that might hit you unexpectedly, but I highly recommend "Wish You Were Here" by the Dropkick Murphys.

I played this song for my best friend of 38 years as I poured her ashes into a beautiful river in Northern Michigan. She died from alcoholism. She was a happy go lucky beer drinker. I watched her die in the hospital and never left her side for her last 2 remaining days she lived on this earth. I am still devastated and it’s been 1-1/2 years. I miss her every single day. 64 is too young to die. RIP Diane ❤

The first time I heard this song was June of 2020 when my brother died. Not of Covid but because of Covid, he died all alone because we were not allowed to be with him until the last minutes of his life when he didn't even know we were there after 2 weeks all alone other than phone and computer. Stumbled upon you two. Was laughing and enjoying seeing your other vids, and this one brought me to tears. Sobering as I never heard this song by Disturbed. Beautiful and yeah, rips your heart as the thoughts and emotions flood in. Shinedown crow and the butterfly is another which can illicit the same feeling of pain of loss. Lost our combat veteran son 4 years ago, to the demons he came home with protecting us, and it all comes flooding back in hearing the words so eloquently spoken, and knowing the loss as we finally had to take his room down, left as it was when we lost him. Finally had to sell and move as too many memories, and not seeing him in his room was too much to bear. Hold on to those you love...give them a kiss, an I love you...a hug. They can be gone in a moment....

Over the last few years, I've lost my great grandma and grandma, they were two of the fiercest, most amazing women I've known, and I have so many good memories with them. I tell both my sons stories about them and the stories they used to tell me. I wish my great grandma would have gotten to meet my youngest, she'd have loved what a wild, ornery little thing he is. I still have the holiday cards my grandma sent to the boys and one of her voicemails saved just to remember her voice and help keep her here with us.

We have a son that was diagnosed with leukemia while he was still in diapers and we didn't always know the outcome. But by the grace of God and amazing team of doctors and nurses he is cancer-free and treatment free 2 years now next month. But when that onesie was showed we was not prepared, and it took both of our breaths away unlike any music video we have watched together yet. Keep on rocking and we will rock with you!

I remember in the movie “Coco”, the little boy goes to the other side during The Day of the Dead. There was an old man that turned to dust because the last person that remembered him had died. My Mothers Grandfather was born in 1840 and she was 10 when he died. She died in 1998 and was the last person that remembered him. She would’ve turned 90 that year. This song was released a week after my son's 17 year old friend was hit and killed. He was pulling a deer off the road he hit. It still takes my mind to that time everytime I hear it. Just saw Disturbed earlier this month at Rockville in Daytona Beach (I’m a granny and went with my granny friend) and these guys are so amazing live! Many were singing along…would love to see them at a smaller venue. Keep up the awesome work 2RGs!!😉🤘🏻
My brother asked my mom to play this at our grandfather's funeral. Cried like a baby then and crying again now. He passed very suddenly after just starting to get better from a long-term decline two years ago. Memories are all we have once someone we love is gone.

I myself have had the pleasure to be in attendance at a Disturbed live concert and I can tell you that David Draiman is as much of a good human as he is a good singer. There are very few people known to me on this Earth who earned as much of my respect as David did.

When this album and song came out, it was just after another friend had passed away suddenly and it was.....extra emotional. When I saw them live a few years ago, there wasn't a dry eye in that entire stadium. They came out from the main stage onto a smaller stage in the center of the floor audience, completely with candles and such, and played this and a couple of other songs. It was beyond moving. It still is.
I'm not sure if you're feeling up for another one that might hit you unexpectedly, but I highly recommend "Wish You Were Here" by the Dropkick Murphys.

I played this song for my best friend of 38 years as I poured her ashes into a beautiful river in Northern Michigan. She died from alcoholism. She was a happy go lucky beer drinker. I watched her die in the hospital and never left her side for her last 2 remaining days she lived on this earth. I am still devastated and it’s been 1-1/2 years. The first time I heard this song was June of 2020 when my brother died. Not of Covid but because of Covid, he died all alone because we were not allowed to be with him until the last minutes of his life when he didn't even know we were there after 2 weeks all alone other than phone and computer. Makes me cry every time I hear it! It's so beautiful and I love David's voice!

Stumbled upon you two. Was laughing and enjoying seeing your other vids, and this one brought me to tears. Sobering as I never heard this song by Disturbed. Beautiful and yeah, rips your heart as the thoughts and emotions flood in. Shinedown crow and the butterfly is another which can illicit the same feeling of pain of loss. Lost our combat veteran son 4 years ago, to the demons he came home with protecting us, and it all comes flooding back in hearing the words so eloquently spoken, and knowing the loss as we finally had to take his room down, left as it was when we lost him. Finally had to sell and move as too many memories, and not seeing him in his room was too much to bear. Hold on to those you love...give them a kiss, an I love you...a hug. They can be gone in a moment....

David has the most beautiful voice and this song is so very powerful. We have all lost someone we love and know the pain and desolation this brings. This song captures this and I cry every time I hear it.
Over the last few years, I've lost my great grandma and grandma, they were two of the fiercest, most amazing women I've known, and I have so many good memories with them. I tell both my sons stories about them and the stories they used to tell me. I wish my great grandma would have gotten to meet my youngest, she'd have loved what a wild, ornery little thing he is. I still have the holiday cards my grandma sent to the boys and one of her voicemails saved just to remember her voice and help keep her here with us.

@@nanaking9560Yes it is! My wife and I started watching reaction videos 3 years ago for weekly drives to St Jude's. We have a son that was diagnosed with leukemia while he was still in diapers and we didn't always know the outcome. But by the grace of God and amazing team of doctors and nurses he is cancer-free and treatment free 2 years now next month. But when that onesie was showed we was not prepared, and it took both of our breaths away unlike any music video we have watched together yet. Keep on rocking and we will rock with you!

My Mothers Grandfather was born in 1840 and she was 10 when he died. She died in 1998 and was the last person that remembered him. She would’ve turned 90 that year.

This song was released a week after my son's 17 year old friend was hit and killed. He was pulling a deer off the road he hit. It still takes my mind to that time everytime I hear it.
I'd like you to give A Reason To Fight, (the official live video) a listen. It's a great song and a good message. I've struggled with my own thoughts most of my life. Came closer than I care to admit a few times.

Well, as I was surfing through looking through TH-cam, imagine my surprise stumbling onto you two lovely ladies rocking a Disturbed video! As an old metal head, just south of 60 myself, your reaction was refreshing. Got to see them at Sturgis a few years back and they put on a great show.
Also, if you like songs like this I recommend going back a few decades and listen to White Lion, When The Children Cry.
