Thought the grading looked good brother! It’s crazy how much goes into making videos. Isn’t just point and shoot like people think. The editing and coloring alone is enough to discourage one from continuing lol. Great vid bro, well put together
Great film. Thanks for uploading. I’ve bought both and my now waiting for delivery. I love your presenting style dude. You’re a natural, keep it up. And the grade looks bang on.
Great work buddy! I You obviously know how to use the FX30 properly. What surprises me the most is: how did you get your 4k120fps footage so clear? What ISO and shutter speed did you use? Did you film in S-Log3? Whenever I film in 4k120fps (S-Log3), the footage becomes very noisy and unusable
16mm on the APSC is already cropped 1.5, then the 4K 120fps is an additional crop. It's probably closer to 35mm field of view after all, but still looks great
at 1:03 and 1:10, I love this perspective. May I ask, is this cropped a little? Are there any other places in the video where you've used cropping? (apart from the given 120fps 1.4 crop)
Thanks! The beginning shots before 0:29 and after 1:23 are scaled to 107% to match the DCI 4k aspect ratio, but all the others, including the ones you mentioned are not cropped.
good job sir. thanks for sharing . can i have your color profile or grading please . i need it for hometown documentary . i have the same camera and lens.
Most if not all of this would be 1.4, not sure I would do that now with some of these shots. I'm using a basic Pro Master velocity v90 card, it was the only one available at the camera shop I bought it from.
Music video's I would definitely go with 16mm. 30mm would look great, but I generally have more of a need for a wider angle rather than tight shots with music videos. Also, you can get smoother shots with 16mm if you're going handheld. If you search Bout It - By Icebird, I shot that music video all on the 16mm handheld.

i need this lens, looks amazing! thanks for video 😊
I appreciate this! I plan on getting an FX30 and needed to see a 16mm on it, looks amazing, great video.
My Sigma 16 lives on my FX30 with a 1/4 Black Pro Mist. Great choice.

I love the ambient music. Any references about it ?
Thanks! I made it myself 🤙

Hey! I actually made another video on my channel that talks about grading music videos, its pretty much the same process that I used here.
16mm on s35 is perfect
Nice Video did you shoot this with a 1.4 aperture? Also, what type of SD card are you using?

Hi bro
As a beginner
Fx30 with sigma 16 mm or 30 mm ?
Which one is good !
That will be my first camera and lens
I need for music videos like

@ Thank youuu🙏
Why shoot 120 fps why not 60 fps. To get slow, mow and not have such a crop. Amazing video I asked because I’m trying to learn.
I think the word you were looking for was goofy regarding the cop lol
@@dustydus5762 lol goofy in 120fps hits different
