Thanks so much. I really enjoy your easy going style. Every video is full of useful and interesting information. I must admit your videos inspired me to build my own 100w laser. Best wishes and keep up the great work.
unisub is sourced from Jds, conde, Jpplus it’s not easy to find right now. the other alternative is dry erase board that is black on one side whit on the other
How well does your laser handle the unisub hardboard for sublimation? I've been using a laser at a makerspace while toying with the idea of buying one for myself, but the one I've been using takes multiple passes to get the unisub hardboard cut. Not sure if it's the laser just being older or if the unisub is just hard to cut.
My Thunder Nova 35-100 watt laser cuts the 1/8” unisub hardboard single or double sided like hot knife through butter in one pass. Even my 60 watt worked fine on this material. It will take less than 1 minute to cut out ornaments shapes like this.
@@computercreationz Hey there! I finally got my 51/100 today and have been playing with settings and such today. Do you mind sharing what your settings are for your 35/100 for cutting unisub?
@@computercreationz Thank you so much. Its a chore trying to figure out where to start with settings. I'm coming from using a Full Spectrum laser at the local makerspace, and am just shooting in the dark with most settings.
Thank you!! You have a nice voice and you don't have music blasting over it which I really appreciate! And your instructions are easy to follow!

Do you have the file for this project anywhere?
I don’t these where custom designed for a client.
What kind of glue do you use when doing the layers?
I use a ca glue called 2P 10. it’s great stuff. you can get is on Amazon. I use the thick! be careful it’s a very strong crazy glue.
