Great video! The only thing I noticed was at 1:57 it shows the screw with only the flat washer being used. If you look closely they are using a flat and a lock washer. Figured this out when I had a bunch of lock washers left over. 😜
If you follow directions at about 2 min it leaves out you need the lock washer with the washer. We followed exact and had to backtrack because we had lock washers leftover 2:02 see illustration and then look at demo.
At 1:50 remember to check the Recteq logo on the bottom shelf is facing the front of the unit. They don't mention this and I had to start over including switching the fixed vs swivel wheels
is there a pellet dump on these? how is the cleanup? i cant seem to find any vids but this on youtube of ppl cooking on this. im looking to upgrade and im trying to decide between this and another smoker so more info would help thanks
Hi, this grill operates just like our other grills. High quality stainless steel and consistancy is what it's all about. It does not have a pellet dump but cleanup is very easy.
