- What's going on guys? This is VinylicPuma, back with another Borderlands 2 countdown video and today, I figured I'd go over 10 of what I think are among some of the Best Bosses to Farm in Borderlands 2 as of the Commander Lilith DLC update!
Now in this video, I'll be including pretty much everything from Mini-Bosses to Main Story Bosses and Raid Bosses and my rankings will be based on the Quality of the Drops you can get, the difficulty of the boss itself, and most importantly, the Legendary Drop Rate. That way, you can get the most "bang for your buck" so to speak!

Borderlands 2 refuses to die but I'm glad it's still fun today.
The whole experience is too strong to die, we always forget how much gearbox did after the vanilla release (patches after 5-7years of release + 5 complete dlc + 4 headhunter packs to help after main game + 3 new level cap + op levels with new challenge + hd pack + ultrahd update + new gear in almost every situation + new raid bosses in most of these) TOO MUCH CONTENT

Uranus unlike Saturn, actually has crit spots, it's the glowing red spots on the front
But Uranus is smaller than Saturn ;)
The flakker is really good against saturn
nasuluver 2001 he literally got a crit as he said he doesn’t have crits.
And the legendary drop rates are stupid high. I was farming for the legendary siren and i got it in the 6th (ish) run. I got at least 1 legendary each run.
Not to mention his drop rate for legendaries is insane

Okay but Uranus does have crit spots... and you can farm Uranus much faster with the temporary fast travel. Uranus also has way more cheese potential. Also no snowman??

I think the snowman dlc mission is the thing u are farming, the snowman itself is just a good eridium farm.
Uranus is literally the easiest boss to get to you run for like 20 seconds and your there....
The bee shield works for him the best
And then you shoot at him for like 5 seconds and he dies
And you get guns that hurt him as well I get unkempt Harold from him

His loot pool is kinda stinky though
Uranus is easily better than Cassius for farming. Hit the Alpha Control fast travel before going to Uranus and you'll spawn there when you save and quit. You can also hop down UranusBot's elevator and have a perfect spot for Zero. A Pitchfork or a DPUH will melt him no problem, just go for the crits (red eyes). You can also get second wind taking out the rockets if you need. I also find that the enemies on the way to Cassius present more of a problem than the ones on the way to UranusBot, because the healing and fire soldiers pop up more.
I have found that using a corrosive lyuda, pimpernol, or conference call melts him so much faster than the DPUH
Deception right before dropping in, then scoot to the left pillar before reappearing. No loader spawns. Then house him with UKH,
Shit i farm him on op 10 with dpuh and grog and he goes down with 1 -2 clips depending on how many money shots go off and any other char can just jump down the eleavator with a bee shield and melt him and he can drop every thing in game besides serph and a few boss specific items ive gotten 3 legendary and a pearl in 1 kill befor but he useally drops atleast 2 at a time
Uranusbot is extremely easy to farm though, just go to the fast travel station near the launch button and your good
Don't forget the second red chest which is only a small detour away

Uranus can be farmed fast if you go to the checkpoint where you meet lilith in that area. It's kinda a uturn from the Uranus arena
For Haderax use the geyser to launch up to the cliffs, you get easy shots on the head crit spot and if you climb to the top there is a hidden chest. Crouch next to the chest and the boss can't hit you making for easy kills with any character as long as you deal more damage than it can heal

From how much I’ve farmed Uranus I can say for a fact, the man literally drops every legendary in the game and often drops pearlescents. There’s a spot in the map where he just went shoot you aswell and it’s just a free kill

You can do anything with every character. Salvador just makes the game way easier, that is why i don’t like him

Some tips for Uranus and Cassius if you're playing Maya.
For Uranus it's highly recommended (as pretty much everyone mentioned) to first go to the one-way fast travel station "Control Alpha". This shortens the distance massively. Furthermore you don't have to deal with other enemies anymore.
Then when facing Uranus you can use Bee-Hawk very well when you go on the higher level on the left and hide behind the first set of boxes. That's a spot Uranus has difficulties to hit. Plus if you have a Loader Bot in Phaselock you can further increase your firerate.
For Cassius it's benefitial to just speed run the area while using the catwalks and Phaselock a few enemies. That way you can avoid triggering the last two stages of enemies as well. This enables you to reach Cassius within three minutes. As for Cassius himself I recommend using either a Sand Hawk or a Sawbar with The Bee: this way you can melt through his HP in less than a minute.

Uranus is super easy to farm. And should be number 2 on the list. You can use the fast travel station from the moon shot room and quickly get to and farm him

For Haderax, just use maya’s recompense skill with a warder com with 5 or 6 on recompense, toothpick, retainer, and stand in the middle of where he spawns in.
I would like to point out that you can one shot haderax with maya if you spec into recompense while also using the Rebounding Warder class mod. When you spawn haderax drop down and run to the crater where it spawns as fast as possible and make sure you are in the middle of it. If you do this correctly haderax will come out of the crater doing enough damage to you for recompense to kill him. Your gonna be to slow unless you are using both the retainer shield and the toothpick assault rifle which will make you considerably faster. Both drop from the sandworms Around the area. Happy hunting

You can combine an interfacer, grog nozzle and ladyfist. So if you don't need healing you can switch the grog wirh the ladyfist during gunzerk for increased critical hit damage. This works with any gun, not just the interfacer.

URANUS is arguably the best, I've been able to get 15 Legendaries in a row. Got the Shreddifier, Maggie, Lyuda, Veruc, Striker, Infinity, Volcano, all the Legendary Grenades, the Pitchfork and the Deliverance. I had managed to get a Legendary Siren Class Mod and a Legendary Assassin Class Mod.

You can get to uranus easy if you run by the one-way fast travel at the end of helios
I lost my sanity when I got bunker to drop a 93% Sham then getting a TumTum Skullmasher.
It's times like that that I miss the Grinder from TPS, way faster to get a perfect Sham. lol

I figured something out for Cassius that I'd never noticed before til recently. You could just fast travel back to the beginning of the research center after beating him and he spawns again. Pretty useful for someone who doesn't wanna save, quit, and reload the game.
Not to be that guy but Uranus has crit spots and you can spawn right down the lane from him without having to fight enemies on the way. Super easy farm.
If you go to the sides of the arena you cant be killed even when standing

If you go to where you fired the moonshot cannon in the lilith dlc then trigger the checkpoint at the travel station there you can farm uranus quit out and you will spawn right next to him.
The warrior is actually so much easier than the handsome sorcerer he can be killed when he first appears
yes but the Sorcerer has a higher drop chance and on the way to him you can farm the blue class mods from the DLC
Uranus has an really close spawn point (the fast travel location underneath Uranus), he also has a critical hit spot and he has 18 different loot pools which means (IF YOU ARE SUPER SUPER SUPER LUCKY) he can drop 18 legendaries at a time
? I read 4 max at a time, where did you get 18 pools anyway?

Bingo. The setup run, if you have done somthing else or went to Sanctuary to spend Eridium, is a bitch. But once you make that moonshot room Uranus is about a 2:30 farm timing.

Is it true that the level you are when starting the new dlc will affect gear drop level?
Yeah oh and if you had op levels before the Dlc you can use gear above your level as "op gear" example: I was level 76 and got a 78 infection cleaner they said it was op2 for me but the 78 assassin saw it as lv78 XD
Very helpful vid again Vinylic, I'd love to know your thoughts on where all the new Lillith weapons fall in ranking wise. As an example, I would assume the Sandhawk is still one of the top if not the top smg despite the rainbow smg that drops in the Lilith dlc.

Uranus isn't all tbat hard. You just need to watch out fot the EXP loaders.
Just get down in that part of the elevator, walk forward, and go back to fight!

Everything listed above is on average and it does have a high chance of pearls
You can farm uranus super quickly by running to the one way fast travel at the bottom of the elevator just past the hallway to the uranus fight and you will load right next to him and cut out the whole helios fallen run
I know I did for so long that I went up 2 levels XD

Hey! For uranus if you go down the elevator in the room where we shot off the rocket with tina, there is a world travel station right there. When you pass it if you die or log in helios fallen it teleports you back there and its a 30 second walk to uranus! Super fast farm.

just pointing out with Uranus you can go to the one way fast travel station before you fight him and it will set the spawn point for saving and quitting there cutting out a lot of trekking and fighting and also there is a cheese spot at the bottom left of the arena where the small ramp in front of the stacked crates is that you can hide behind and provided you don't have bots spawn, or have Uranus use his missiles you can sit and shoot him and he can't damage you
I've been farming every other spot for hours...my first run of Uranus I got the Legendary Soldier Mod I've been looking for, for so long...second run... Conference Call.

Some more info on gettle and Mobley, they are also worth farming cause you can get the lyudda on all elements. For me, the most common element I've gotten is corrosive, but I've gotten it on all elements. Same with the veruc, but so far the only elements I've gotten so far is incendiary and corrosive, and recently on OP3, I've gotten slag, and having a slag veruc is kinda nice. With sal, I've paired it with the toothpick for fun. Its not the highest damage output I've gotten with sal, but again, it's a fun pair. Obviously highest damage output is gonna be a double penetrating unkempt harold with grog nozzle or binary rubi
I agree with it all except I would put Uranus at number 2 I find corrosive sandhawk and bee destroys him and if you go down the lift to fast travel point you restart there after save and quitting so time to boss is reall quick and no enemies to get past great video by the way as always

@@BrookeMeuchel Chain Reaction + Pimpernel + Blurred Trickster COM is also a beast of a combo, especially against BUNK3R or Saturn, but I advise caution, for some reason pulling a God Chain Reaction combo occasionally cause massive lag on your game.

2:40 my first drop from BNK-3R was a 94% sham though it's a level 24 version I still love it
I usually just do Ahab with no ammo in main hand + Slag Pimpernel off hand for bossing with Salvador
Then the Primary projectile will slag while the secondaries become explosive Ahab balls that deal huge damage.
I know it's a glitch but I just don't like using Grog Nozzle 😅
It’s amazing that this game still lives on I even still play it to this day and it’s still just as fun
Uranus is actually a very quick boss to reach, it's just the first time you reach him per farming session will be long. Once you reach the one-way Fast-Travel Station, you can start there after reloading a game, until you actually leave the area. As for the loot he drops, it isn't every legendary in the game, it's only every legendary gun and grenade, shields not included. As for the pearlescents, I believe he only drops Generation 1 pearlescents (Tunguska, Butcher, Stalker, Avenger, Storm, Bearcat, Unforgiven, and Sawbar). Uranus can also be critted, just aim for the glowing red lights on the upper body.
Also lmao them ragdoll physics for Cassius.
Way cool video dude. Lot's of bad ass bosses and loot, but more importantly the free flying car, I want it in gold, with black leather seats, at least 6 speakers, full air-conditioning with climate control, cruise control, wi-fi and Bluetooth, remote keyless entry and start. Cheers dude
In uranus, you can go to the orange fast travel where you shot the cannon and when you save and quit you spawn there without going through hellios fallen :D
Uranus has a better kill option, if you can get a ricochet corrosive fibber you can jump down spawn him then run back to the elevator, use that to get up then just ricochet kill him, bee shield makes it quicker
btw if you go to the top left corridor behind the pillars in the uranus fight, he'll most likely stop attacking you. and you can bore him from the side with zero as long as his turrets are still alive. The only "Problem" will be the 2 or 3 loader bots that'll spawn within the fight but the'll also stop spawning/won't even attack you sometimes
Hey. I know I'm late but I just started playing Borderlands 2.(I just got the game pass for Xbox) I think in one of your other videos, you said not to start farming until you've played through the game first. Is that right? Bc I'm level 23 and haven't really tried farming anything yet.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this happen, but if you run into the Uranus arena, immediately make a left and go up the stairs, then stop behind the boxes about halfway down the left side, Uranus won't actually activate properly. You can shoot him as much as you want and only his turrets will get occasional hits on you while the bot just faces the arena entrance. I run there with axton, throw my turrets to the left of the boxes, then hit him with bee shots just to the other side.
