    Sir mai 20 sal ki hu and pichle sal se professional training suru kiya....aur bahat bar lagte hai ki chor du kiu ki ek to itni age hai aur middle class family se hu...aur coach ka demotivate to hai he...😢
    Ek app he ho sir bahat jaida motivation milte hai.... Pata nehi kaise app ko thank bola jai... but thanks sir...😭😭😭🙏🙏
    Ek ciz specially jo mai puchna chati hu wo ea hai sir ki ek video is ma vi banaea na ki kuch exercise jise stamina, flexibility ea sab increase ho jaye.....
