Tom Cruise is the most worthy actor I know of to call an action star. Only one close is Jackie Chan.

He is licensed for motorcycle and several different aircraft, and flies his own helicopter around. He rides motorcycles off cliffs into base jumps. Two different action roles, but there's a reason I only mentioned one other name. Jackie Chan is that good too, in another way, but still very much action.

It's not difficult to be honest. It just looks like a two column truss frame system that accommodates the curvature of the ramp. What would make it difficult is if the budget of the ramp was tight enough to matter for material purposes. Didn't look like it here in this case

He manages by rehearsing and planning and dedicating himself heart and soul to the stunt until he is certain of each component of it -the bike, the ramp, the weather, the chute, the speed. You get it. It's a finely tuned dance, and Tom Cruise leaves VERY little to chance.
