You need biger case your joint can be easily shorted
Also it need fan for cooling. The buck convertor get very hot in long time charging

I believe wil be 1s-5s charger from 24v if you don’t have a booster and just a step-down

Buy old laptop adapter from scrap and try to repair usually the fuse/thermistor/mov is damaged

The greatest fault for projects like this is it have very bad accuracy on it's measure rate!
Grab very accurate multimeter and check the Voltage and Current, you will know that the Digital Voltage-Ampere is crap.
AND when you deal with Lithium based battery it is disastrous project.

It's not 1-6s lethium battery charger . It's A variable power supply .. Don't use fake thumbnail

Nope we cannot charge it will overcharge some of the cells you must need a BMS for this purpose or 3xTP4056 in series with different power supply
It not balanced charge because it does not charge single cell
Frankly, this is a disaster. Voltage and current are never accurate with these components and I'm not seeing how any balancing is performed. For Lithium, you are looking to destroy your batteries in the best case scenario.
