How much HP are you pushing? I just got an 18 SS last week and yours is #Fire. I’m not a huge car guy but I’m slowly transforming into one.
Around 480 whp. It's on the low side till we add boost.

Love the vid and build. Quick question, im looking into getting the zl1 1le front bumper but I’ve heard some people having fitment issues around the sides at the wheel wells, does yours fit perfectly from ikon? Also for your fog lights, what did you do with the cord connectors since you don’t have them with this bumper?
Thanks for the love. I dont think any aftermarket bumper fits 100% to be honest. Mine fits pretty dam well but it's like 98% not 100%. In terms of my bottom lights I left them on my stock SS bumper and sold it because I know I'm never going back.

Its a great car. It will last a long time if you drive it normally and don't destroy it.
Your car looks sick. I'd throw on the american authority louvers on the back windshield to top it off.

@@MotorFire If you do decide to put the louvers on, the only one that will fit correctly is american authority. Comes in matte finish. Paint that shit gloss black. I was on the fence about louvers but after i put them on, the car looks like a beast!
I have the c7 vette but a 7sp manuel but same motor and not setup as you. How's the cam feel to you jus cruising? Do u recommend a trunion upgrade love the channel btw👌👍
Cam feels smooth and like stock when cruising. You wont even notice it tbh.

Do you guys have state and emissions inspection in your state and if so does it pass emissions with the headers?
Yes we do and yes I did. If the car is tuned properly it should pass with headers no problem. We dont do a visual cat inspection here so thats why.

Thank you! As i said in the video the blower is really expensive for the one we want to use and I will not be cheaping out so. Its still a few months away id imagine. But were gonna keep doing small things to the beast and have some fun at the strip against other youtubers and cars in general!

New to the channel. Loved the content but just my opinion the saturation is a little bit too much as well as the contrast. It doesn’t look “natural.” If you can tone it down a bit it would look better. Keep up the good work!
For some reason in post the saturation increased at the time of rendering. I have fixed the issue for future videos.

People care about how many mods or the cost of mods. In terms of the drag strip, thats coming dont worry. Stay tuned if you want.

Motor Fire I feel you brother u no I have a 2010 Camaro SS I got about a 7 grand in the car with cosmetic and motor a pushing in her around 605 horses not a daily driver but I drive as much as I can with my kids just like you said we both work hard for our toys God bless us both. 💪

All together car cost 42k with mods about 53-54k

That can't be right. The engine was $7k plus front end was about $2k plus the hood$1.5k , wing, exhaust, tires etc. Believe I say those numbers to my wife because we want to make it sound cheaper but it's closer to $60k
love the car man sounds great but my guy just keep it real if you didnt want the zl11le you wouldnt have made your ss look exactly like it other than the hood if that wasnt the case you would have kept the ss look
My brother you completely missed what I said. I said for the money I dont see the value in the zl1 1le because I can get more power for less money. I know theres more to the 1le but for me as someone who's drag racing I dont care about the other components. Also, I openly admitted in the video I liked the looks and aerodynamics of the zl1 a car which wasnt available the year I bought this car (2016) so for very little money I attained the looks of the zl1 since once again money wise it wasnt worth it to me to trade out of my SS. Just "keeping it real" thanks for the comment on the channel I appreciate it
i think you also missed the point that the 1le is not a street or a drag car its meant for the track.I get your point about power but for 70k you get a car that can keep up with supercars on a track and you cant see the value in it thats a lil crazy but your channel is great keep up the good work
@@howsmi4014 I said "I know theres more to the 1le other than power" meaning I understand things such as aerodynamics suspension tires etc.. I'm not going on a road course with my car. Hence why I said idc. Power is the only reason I'd get a zl1 of any kind. I can get more with an SS for less. Even get a better drag oriented suspension.

Should have got ported heads it was free labor and you could have sold your heads and got almost half of the money back. Easy 20-29whp. You can get the Camaro in to the 9’ na.
Yeah I know it can go 9 NA but it's fine. Were gonna be upgrading heads eventually that's why I didnt get them stock ones ported.
