I'm impressed with the way you have the gates inside the barn so you can make pens just by swinging the gates around. Someone is extremely good at engineering space.
We have a neighbor who did this. Instant prns, instant controlled walk ways, from large open spaces and small control pens. Head chutes foor medical treatment and calf pulling. Not long after the barn was finished, he rolled a tractor, never fully recovered. Beyond blessed he survived. Did not get much or use from that wonderful barn. The next generation runs the farm, and benefits from his wisdom and planning. We live in the hilly mid- Atlantic, I've lost several neighbors to tractor roll overs..

I watch your videos as soon as they come out. I see how much you take care of your cattle and like dad Brian would say it reminds me of a story. When I was a young lad I would stay over at the neighbors. They would check the 35 cows one last time before going to bed. They used the old grain truck and drove around the pasture. We would get out and push the calf over the hill out of the wind. Keep doing what your doing as I see you do enjoy it and do such a great job. Thank you for the video.
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. Lots of new calves again today. Great to see good healthy calves. You and your dad take excellent care of your animals. I know the work you go through daily is massive. Love the new tech you have for farming. Love that bale shredder! Love the song of the day and look for it.
Just a thought to pass on: I’m not on the farm anymore but, we had a 4x4 block on a rope tied to the livestock chute. Rope was just the right length that when stretched out the block was in position to bump the trailer tire up against without hitting the chute. Gave us a target for alignment too. Backing up to the chute was a one man job. Just toss the block back towards the chute out of the way when not using it. Works great when your always using the same trailer, or truck, to move your livestock.
Enjoy watching your videos a lot. Me and my Dad Barbered together and farmed on our off time , together 7 days a week 10-12 hours a day. Really enjoyed each other’s company, seems like y’all do too. Long time listener, first time commenter, love the videos. My four year old son Jacob and I watch them religiously!! Thanks for being great ambassadors for the Ag community!!
I started to wonder why the picture had gone to pot when you were loading them in the chute, then I realized, oh snowing. Then I went back to my 93 degree sunshine. Gotta love Texas. 😁
We had a big snow storm last night and this morning here in Utah. Not much where I live in Southern Utah, but it is windy and so cold out. No song of the day...what about Paul McCartney and Wings? Or Ringo and his all Starr band!!! Hugs from Tina
To those people that think Sonne (Brian and Cole) Farms are just a show and or a put on is false. People I have personally been there and seen it first hand. Sonne Farms is a true cattle and farming operation. Also, Brian, Cole, and their respective spouses are the most genuine people you would want to meet. So, people come to realization please, do you think the Sonne's rent this farm just to make a video. Get a life
Amazing what the difference in weather is like between there and here in the middle of the country. Some farmers are at 3/4 of the corn crop planted, the grass is green, the trees leafing and flowers blooming.
I'm finally caught up after being away for a week. The calves are coming like mad! I'm glad that they're healthy and the mamas are coming around. I suppose there's no way to tell how maternal a heifer is going to be. Keep the great videos coming and happy Saturday!
The success of any cow calf operation rests on the supervisoring dog. Without the right dog to make those quality dicisions you'd be lucky to break even. Love watching your channel

I know the work you go through daily is massive. Love the new tech you have for farming. Love that bale shredder! Love the song of the day and look for it.
thankyou friend
Sending you sunshine and warmth. Thank you again for all you do for us.
I can not believe people have actually said those things! That is mind boggling! But Miss Ellie is a good doggie.
Cole, I hope you realize how fortunate you are to have the parents you have. It's evident they love you and your brothers.
Dang!! I’d love to have a glass pack muffler on my Gator! 😂
Keep up the awesome videos! Your family is an inspiration to other families!
Enjoy watching your videos a lot. Me and my Dad Barbered together and farmed on our off time , together 7 days a week 10-12 hours a day. Really enjoyed each other’s company, seems like y’all do too. Glad to see it. He’s gone now but I still quote him on lots of stuff daily and enjoy our memories together. Keep up the good work. Happy to see y’all working hard and having fun. Uncle Jeff is pretty cool cat too. Dads name was Willie Puckett if you want to use his name. Thanks.
You all do a fine job. I worked on my dad's farm over 40 years. I wouldn't change that life for anything. Keep. up the good work, it's hard work but how does families get fed if it wasn't for guys like you doing a lot of hard work.
I am so impressed with your ability to manage all the calving. What a busy time. Congratulations to your hard work.❤
I’m convinced that your hardest job is dealing with some of the viewers on here. Keep up the good work…Ellie. 😂😂 Great video.
The people who are saying that your not farmer they must be able to get their beef intake by breathing air. Keep doing what your doing 👏 😊
How can they say you are actors. Who else is doing all the work!
We had a big snow storm last night and this morning here in Utah. Not much where I live in Southern Utah, but it is windy and so cold out. No song of the day...what about Paul McCartney and Wings? Or Ringo and his all Starr band!!! Hugs from Tina
Y’all are rockin’ at calf safety and pair safety! Truly admirable practices!
Football on tv Shots of Gina Lee. Hanging with my friends... and twins!!!!! And big bags 😂😂😂
Great video, Cole.
Never gets old watching you guys working the Farms.
Don't mind the keyboard worriers, they can't figure out where to pee anymore.
Ellie doing a great job 🤣
Glad all the calving is coming along y’all are great can’t wait til the next
I noticed on your white board under brains boss’, your missing ellie sonne as his #1 boss might have to change that😂😂 love the videos!
Elli for President. Amazing dog running a farm, but careful, some people might believe it. Thank you ,Sonne Farms. I admire your work and dedication.
hi cole you and your dad are doing a great job with the calving, most people don't know what it's like to get up in the cold to go pull a calf in the middle of the night😎
People be crazy Cole, you and my boy Brian do an amazing job. Continued success
Some people are “ cityits” no clue at all about cattle but they have a comment
Do you know I really don’t care what people say about you y’all know what you’re doing and I think it’s wonderful thank you
