Hi Amber I was late just washing but to change the bobbin or remove bobbin case slide that plate to your left and remove it. I do not have the same machine I have a jukki but I would think is the same way the bobbin case remove. Hopefully this helps, also I am not sure but with my jukki the oil goes in the bottom of the machine so when you rest down the head it have a cord kinda of that goes down in the oil to oil it

Amber, you should be able to access the bobbin from the top of the machine where the feed plate is; over to the left is a little groove for you to slide that out. You should see the bobbin.
