Just watched a video with a tip of using Glad Press-n-Seal on the faux fur type fabrics to collect the cuttings

I’ve followed the video and I’m confident that I have it right. I’m having trouble with the thread feeding off of the spools. The thread is over twisting as it comes off of the spools. Then it twists back on itself. These twists get into the sub-tensioners and become knots. I’ve tried the nets. They delay the knots but don’t stop them. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I am self taught too. I recently bought a new SWF E series 1501C and working through nuances btwn this and my older version. My old machine (SWF) lets me see a large size image in full color after assigning needles. I can't find the ability with the new machine to see a full color pre-sew image. I can't imagine not having such a useful option with the new touch screen. Any ideas

Working

One needle broke. I replaced it now it’s stuck and won’t move. Error code won’t clear with turning small knob behind needle. The circular unit on the back of the machine won’t turn. It’s like locked in place. What can I do?

I purchased the machine and have not been able to use it - looks too complex
