Hi Samantha, the chips look lovely. You've been using air fryers a long time then, I'm just a novice compared to you. I had my first one for 10 months then i got the cosori dual blaze which I've had for about 3 months now. When i do my chips i cut them a bit thicker and cook them at 180 degrees for 23 minutes and they turn out lovely.

Surely you need to wash off the starch from the potatoes?
@@breeze1472 it's not recommended to soak potatoes prior to air frying. The chips will take much longer and won't be as crispy.
